Kathrin was excellent guide in what became a private tour since it was just my friend and I on the hike ftom Fira to Oia. She spoke about the island, the caldera, and stopped to highlight many of the interesting spots along the way. It’s a must do for people who like to sight see on foot! You could do yourself but then you wouldn’t get expertise of Katrin. she ‘s awesome!!

Led by our guide in a perfect size group of 4, we had a very informative and spectacular walk up to Oia. The going was tough at times ( steep inclines and tough stone underfoot - wear supportive trainers !) but the small group allowed us to tailor the pace to allow for photo and water stops . The views are very special indeed and go across to the Aegean too . We set off an hour early at the guide’s suggestion given the temperatures hit 30 degrees and the walk ends at the height of the day . We needed all the extra water we brought as well as loads of sunscreen .

Thoroughly enjoyable walk in the sun through the hills with a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide. Fantastic scenery! Good sturdy shoes would be recommended as it's quite steep and stoney in places. I would also say it's designed for people who regularly walk in the hills as it was done a good pace.

Our guide was great. Agatha was very informative and easy to talk to as we hiked the 6.5 mile trek. We got to see things that others would not experience. I would say more 5 hours and we kept hiking not many breaks. Restroom at half way point would have been nice.

Fantastic views with extremely informative narration from our tour guide, who kept a pretty good pace. Though not stated, this tour requires good hiking shoes and moderate to high level of fitness.

Kathrin was truly the perfect guide…She made the group feel comfortable from start to finish and stopped in ideal locations for photos…The path was quite long (6.5 miles and a good portion is uphill) So, be ready to get your steps in💪🏼

Kathrin, our guide, was so friendly, personable and incredibly knowledgeable. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide.
From booking, pick up from our hotel, the lovely touch of the traditional Greek sesame Koulouri and water in a tote bag (to keep) to have as a snack on the hike to her never ending knowledge of all things Santorini made this guided walking tour worth while.
The small group - 4 of us today - made the tour more personalised and you didn’t feel like you were being rushed or hurried along. Kathrin made sure everyone felt incredibly welcome and catered fantastically with the varying age range in our group of 13-50 years old.
If you visit Santorini and want that personal touch then Santorini Experts cannot come highly recommended enough.

Karen our tour guide was great. She pointed all the important things on this 4 hr hike. What a wonderful experience. They pick you up right at your hotel and drop you off in fira town.

Amazing, we had the best time on this hike. There are so many beautiful views to see along the way. We were collected from our hotel in Kamari and taken to the meeting point in Thira. This is where we met Kathrin and the other walkers. We were given some
Fresh Greek break and bottles of water. There was 7 of us in total nice small group. Kathrin Was very knowledgeable and really made the hike enjoyable. We stopped for plenty of breaks to take pictures and even a drinks break at a lovely road side cafe before you begin the hilly section into Oia. I would 100% recommend this tour if you want to see the lovely view Santorini has to offer. Over all it took us 3 hours from Thira to Oia. Kathrin let us have a 30-40min walk around Oia to explore before organising transfers back to the hotel. Thank you so much to Kathrin for an amazing day.

Hi, I am staying in Imrovigli. Can I walk to the meeting point or can you pick me up please. I am looking at the 24th August please, 1 person. Also if our flight is cancelled and we cannot travel after 19th August can I get a full refund. It is unlikely to be cancelled but I would I don't want to pay for a trip that I cannot take. Good Afternoon,
We are coming to Santorini and I want to enquire about the 24th for the early morning tour. I am staying in Imerovigli? If you do pick up as part of the price do you do a lot of pick ups before the tour starts. Just trying to get an idea of total capacity as I am interested in a small group tour as well.
Sorry for all the questions.
Lastly can I get back easily afterwards, do you drop us back to our accommodation.

My wife and I will need a port pick-up and drop-off. I'm wondering if there is more than one start time and if , with an early start, it would be possible to spend a few hours in Oia in order to catch the sunset , and still get transportation back to the port that evening? Thanks, Jim
