Hello! If I book the one hour shoot would it be possible to spend half the time doing flying dress and half a normal shoot? Also woukd 9am be early enough to avoid crowds?

Hello I'm looking to do a birthday photo shoot july 6th on my birthday. I would need at least 1 edited photo back the same day to posted for my birthday. There is a 7 hours time difference from Greece to us . Is this possible? Also I would like ballons could photographer bring them to shoot ? I understand that might be additional charge.
