Great experience, and a very nice host! Kathrin's english skills are very good, the receipe is easy to do, so it is suitable for anyone, and the taste is really nice and interesting. I highly recommend this cooking class!

Very skilled host, we weren't the most talkative group but Kathrin really knew how to keep the conversation going and entertain us. The recipe is great with really easy ingredients and steps. Bravo!

We had a great time cooking with Kathrin. Our company scheduled two different dates for the virtual cooking class, and it has become one of our favorite virtual experiences. We learned a lot about Santorini and Grece's history, and Kathrin patiently answered all of our questions. Now we have something cool to snack on this summer, with our friends and family. Kathrin is a great chef and an amazing teacher so this experience is a must. 10/10

We had five different families online to experience a cooking class, live from Santorini. It’s was a wonderful experience for everyone and the tomato fritters were delicious.
We all would highly recommend this experience and it inspired us to do more virtual cooking classes.

Wow! What a great experience! The class was just enough in length. The ingredients are easy to find. Kathrin is a very gracious hostess. My sister and I enjoyed learning a bit about Santorini and then the making of the tomato fritters. We made several more after the class. A delicious and easy dish. Very enjoyable

Kathrin is a welcoming host. She explains some of the background to the dish including pictures of how the tomatoes are grown on the island and interesting tidbits about Santorini history. She not only spoke with the adults but also helped involve the teenager. She is a patient cook and was able to see what we were doing virtually and offer corrections. The dish turned out very nice. Will do again with her recommended variations. We were able to cook "with" her through Google Meet, each of us in different time zones of the United States. I'm recommending her to my friends and family.

My friends and I celebrated a special occasion by taking this course virtually with Kathrin. We all thoroughly enjoyed the hour we spent learning how to make tomato fritters and a bit about Santorini. Highly recommend!

Hello! My sisters and I live in different parts of the US but would love to participate together. Is this possible? How is the class being taught? Via Zoom, Skype or other platform? Also, are the class times local Santorini time? Thank you!

Good evening, of course, together with the booking confirmation we send out a list of ingredients. But I can send them now as well:
- Sweet cherry tomatoes, red onion, fresh basil, fresh spearmint
- Salt, pepper, flour for all purposes
- Sunflower oil
- Knife, spoon, bowl and frying pan
