La migliore attività che voi possiate trovare a kiruna, guida simpatica e gentilissima, ci siamo divertiti tantissimo, abbiamo guidato le motoslitte per poi cenare in un capanno tipico in mezzo al bosco e poi abbiamo guidato sotto l'aurora boreale, la guida ci ha portato poi in un posto per guardarla molto meglio, ve la consiglio, vale ogni singolo euro speso.

Esperienza fantastica, dopo averci dato delle tute professionali per non sentire il freddo abbiamo iniziato il nostri tour in motoslitta. Le guide ci hanno fatto fermare diverse volte in modo tale che entrambi i passeggeri della slitta potessero provare a guidarla. La cena è stata veramente ottima, abbondante e rilassante : ci hanno acceso un fuoco e dato carne di renna con verdure, succo caldo e un dolce a base di plumcake, panna e ribes. Esperienza fantastica che consiglio tantissimo!

Geweldige ervaring, ook voor beginners. Sneeuwscooters zijn makkelijk te besturen, schitterende route door de natuur. Erg aardige en behulpzame gidsen (Flo en Lucas for the win!), die heerlijk eten voor je maken!

Expérience incroyable, avec des guides très sympathiques. A faire sans hésitation.
Nous avons eu la chance de voir des aurores boréales malgré le temps nuageux dans un endroit dépaysant.
Repas atypique accompagné d’histoires sur la région par les guides. Matériel proposé tenant chaud du début à la fin, très bon rapport qualité prix.

Absolute Empfehlung! Ich habe die Tour mit meinem Freund gebucht und würde es jederzeit wieder tun. Zum ersten Mal Schneemobil fahren und die Polarlichter sehen, plus gutes Essen und Pause in einer netten Hütte mitten im Wald. Danke an das tolle Team für dieses einmalige Erlebnis!

Super soirée à la recherche des aurores boréales, et très fructueuse.
L’équipe est au top, l’équipement entièrement fourni qui est extrêmement chaud et confortable.
La motoneige, les aurores boréales et le repas atypiques fait maison dans une cabane en bois autour d’un feu au milieu de la forêt : au top du tuto .

A fabulous memory for a 50th celebration.
Surprise trip organised by my wife.
Whole experience phenomenal.
I had experienced snowmobiling previously in Finland and really enjoyed.
This was such a brilliant experience. Transfers from Ice Hotel.
Two brilliant guides with great knowledge of tracks.
Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect night to go out. The sky was lit up with the northern lights, which I have waited such a long time to see. The guides took as to the best viewing spots and helped with photos to really capture the memories.
After a two hour ride on the snowmobiles we arrived at a hut in the middle of the forest. A blazing fire was expertly made and proceeded to make reindeer stew on the spot with hot lingonberry juice. Then the most amazing lights appeared in the sky.
Guides were fabulous. Hats off to Flo and Nicole. Amazing
So disappointing to see the less than brilliant reviews. The general public can sometimes be very mean and not consider how much effort is put in here. Yes it costs but you cannot put a price on these experiences. Thank you so much to Kiruna guidetours. Fabulous

This was the best tour ever! When the tour was starting up, there came an extreme aurora in the sky. So the guides gave us the opportunity to make pictures and enjoy this show. 30 minutes later we started driving the snowmobiles. There was aurora in the sky everywhere! After 2 hours driving, we arrived at a little wooden shed. They lit up the fire and made a nice reaindeer stove. We sat there to warm up for an small hour. When we drove back i asked the guide if i could drive behind him so i could drive a bit faster.(there was a very very very slow guy in front of me) the guide said yes ofcourse. Suddenly he drove off and i followed. After 10 seconds we lost the group and were racing through the forrest. All together: snomobile tour was great, reindeer stove was great, guides were great, aurora was great. Highly recomended tour. Thanks a lot race guide :) you made my day!

They provided us with everything we needed, warm and waterproof clothes and boots, gloves etc. They drove us to the starting location (parking lot of their snowmobiles) and explained everything. Then we had a small testing ride for 2 3 minutes and then we started our tour. We stopped for some traditional drinks, food and dessert and then we headed back to the starting location where again they picked us up and drove back to the city center.
The dinner was super tasty and we were lucky to see the aurora with good activity.
Our tour guide Nilson was really polite and fun. Also a good chef 🧑🍳
All in all a perfect experience. Highly recommended!

It was a good experience but not worth the money.
We saw the northern lights before the tour and during the tour we only saw the lights vaguely.
They provided us with warm clothing, but please bear in mind that the balaclava's are very smelly and seems to be unwashed. Please take your own balaclava to avoid the smelly ones they provide.
Most importantly, they will ask you to sign a contract stating that you are aware that should you be involved in an accident you will be liable for the full cost of repair. In fairness they should clearly provide this information on the website before the booking is made. Unfortunately, we were involved in a minor accident and we did pay 600 Euros as compensation for the cost of repair. The tour guide said we can check the costs of each item which needed repair once the tour was completed but we were not shown such a list and we were asked during the tour to pay full amount.
They were braking every 5 to 7 mins so you really have to be careful when you drive the mobile to avoid a crash.
The dinner was not the best - everyone had ate before the tour luckily and I would recommend you do so too!

Hi there!
We are sorry that your experience with us was not living up to your expectations. We attach great value to hygiene with our clothes that guests get to borrow and always wash balaclavas in 60 degrees celsius to kill bacteria and freshen them up after every use. The smell you might have experienced can only be the smell of the materials of the balaclava itself that becomes wet because of the condensation when you breathe. We also don't use any perfumed laundry detergents to accommodate for our guests with allergies.
Snowmobile parts can very expensive even though the damage or the crash can look minor. We can not stand for the cost on an accident caused by a customer unfortunately. The costs of the different parts breaking have been reviewed and recommended by a mechanic. Just like you pay for something in most stores when you break it, you usually have to pay for the things you break on most tours too. As you mentioned; you did recieve a warning of this and were aware of the situation before the tour departure. You also signed the contract.
We are very sorry that you did not enjoy the dinner. The suovas is home cooked and is usually a customer favourite.

My Spanish driving license was sufficient. I don't know if that helps but I think you won't have a problem :)
