The audio guides are available, but you should keep your eyes open so you can also find them as they can only be found in the front rows in the interior, but not in the rear area... there you would have to download the guide on your phone to hear it! No problem for technically gifted people, unfortunately this does not work at all for older people who are not technically experienced

Walk of about 50 minutes around the island of Djugarden.
Some of the headphones in the Guide were not working and the volume was low.

We are requesting a refund as they told us that there would be no audio on the 12:30 tour — and we specifically wanted to have a GUIDED tour. Please issue a refund! I emailed yesterday, but no one responded. Booking #BR1163452439, July 30 for two. Stockholm Sightseeing Cruise Along Djurgarden Canal

My spouse and I enjoyed the Stockholm Sightseeing Cruise along the Djurgarden Canal. The sights along the canal were very interesting, predominantly due to the beautiful scenery. The tour also provided context for Stockholm's geography. However, perhaps due to the brevity of the trip 50 minutes, I felt the tour was lackluster and intended to generate some easy income for the tour operator and, in turn, VIATOR. Unlike other excellent VIATOR tours experienced in Stockholm and Lisbon recently, I would give this particular tour a grade of C+ (slightly above average). Nevertheless, we appreciate the service and the experience of this tour. Dr. Gregory P, USA

Took this hour cruise first day in Stockholm. Gave a good orientation to the city. You realize how many islands are in and around the city. Had audio in English and learned some facts especially about the island we were going by.

An hour well spent. The tour takes you a bit out of the city down a narrow lagoon where you see some beautiful homes and people picnicking along the river.
The only complaint is that there was no audio. I was under the impression there would be headsets to listen to while on the boat. This may be because I sat outside. Perhaps inside there were headsets.

Unfortunately due to low water levels we were not able to sail through the actual canal but sailed up to it & back, then a little way, the other side of the island. However this was not announced until after we set off. Otherwise, it was interesting with commentary in a number of languages - they provided earphones.
Also book direct with Stromma, NOT trip advisor/Viator. Our train to Stockholm was delayed by 5 hours so we missed the booked trip. Viator just kept quoting no cancellation within 24 hours - we didn't want to cancel just reschedule. However Stomma honoured the tickets the following day when we went to their ticket office

Nothing royal about it. Route was adapted to the water level, we could not pass under the bridges. We had done this trip by ferry the day before. The captain completed the tour at high speed, 24 km/hr where possible.
