I am a 14 year old girl who travelled with my family on the bus to Skavsta. When the bus came we together with other people formed a trail. When it was our turn to scan our tickets we were told from the bus driver that we only had receipts of our tickets and that we needed to buy new ones. It was weird because receipts were the only one we got from the ticket machine. It was 2 minutes before the bus left and we ran and bought new ones that cost 3600kr. We got the same receipt and ran back to the bus and then they said we could only buy tickets on the bus. We showed the bus driver the other two receipts and the only one he said was “I don’t know” and “you have to talk and tell him that the machine doesn’t work”. It was even worse because there was another person who looked like a guard who didn't help us and instead looked annoyed. I think I didn't feel so safe and I think my family had the same experience.

Very smooth experience. The bus was clean, seats comfortable. Their ticket service is very convenient since you can use a ticket within 3 momths

Smooth journey from Stockholm to Skavsta and it takes no more than 80 minutes. On the way home it was reassuring to know that the last bus is waiting for delayed flights.

I always take flybussarna when I fly from Skavsta airport, so far they've always been on time and you have WiFi in the bus (it tends to be slow when the bus is full).
But make sure you come on time because they can oversell tickets and you might need to wait for the next bus to the airport

As long as you have been on time at the bus stop for the bus departure from Stockholm (Cityterminalen) to Skavsta Airport our traffic dispatchers will make sure that you can go to the airport. The solution may vary depending on how many travelers there are. We recommend that you are at the bus stop at least 10 minutes before the departure but preferably even earlier if possible. Warm day in Sweden, around 20°C outside. Bus is facing extremaly huge problem with heating. All people are sweating, it's hard to take a breath. Inside we feel at least 30°C. Driver does his best, tried to contact dispstcher to swap buses. Unfortunately, because of lack of driver company couldn't send another bus.

Excellent service regarding time plan, prices, places to stop and routes.
The only reason not to rate this service as excellent was the driver attitude on February 2, the bus at 6,25 from Stockholm to Skavsta airport. He was very rude with passengers for no reason, has left the bus radio on and on very high level of sound, and at the same time was shouting on passengers that were silently chatting between them, providing they have not been seated on the "silent" row. In fact he has forbidden to passengers to use the seats on the "silent" row. A strange and unexpected rude approach to passengers, but I must admin that all other drivers we met have been very polite and caring. We will definitely use every time we travel to Stockholm, I recommend this service.
