Very nice guide who picked us up at the hotel and drove us to a lake with superb view of the aurora. We could warm up in a tent with wooden fire, and the company had provided warm clothes. A very family friendly tour and professional company. Highly recommendable.

I just returned from the holidays. We booked the tour "Snowmobile-led Sledge Ride to See the Northern Lights" on January 3 and the experience was amazing from start to finish! . We were lucky because the weather cooperated and our guide Alex Gamez made it special. A very nice and dedicated person, taking very good care of all of us, entertaining all the time (we learnt a lot about the phenomenos) and paying attention to the details. He even offered to take us photos with his mobile because our cameras did not have Night Vision mode (or we did not know where to look for that option). The ride is exceptional because of the picturesque forest and watching the formation of the green light trully magical (and romantic too, even with the kids around)!
Overall, I definitely recommend the ride for the views although there is always a big chance not be able to catch the Aurora Borealis due to weather conditions.

Though the weather didn't cooperate to see the best Aurora Borealis, our guides Guillermo and Rafael made it special. They had to come up with Plan B. Guillermo planned a bonfire in the woods to make it a unique experience for us all. They didn't have to and could have easily said sorry the weather doesn't cooperate but went out of their way t9 make it a memorable time for us. Guillermo even had images of the Arctic animals that kids explored and learned about while we were in the tent. Really appreciate Guillermo and his fellow guide Rafa doing this for us.They both are an amazing bunch. We even got a few beautifu and cool nightimel pictures from Rafa sharing his photography tips and tricks

We visited the northern lights last night with Pablo & Anna. Although nature wasn’t kind and the lights were weak we had the most amazing experience. The information provided and friendliness of both guides was excellent, our little boy became sick during the journey and Pablo & Anna were so helpful to us , taking us right back to our accommodation and making sure everything was ok, thank you Pablo & Anna

80€ für Nichts. War quasi eine Busfahrt für einen sehr stolzen Preis!!
Von den Nordlichtern keine Spur..dafür kann natürlich niemand was.
Der eine Stern geht an die nette Busfahrerin.
Für das Geld fühlt man sich schon ein bisschen verarscht!!!

first of all, thank you for choosing our activity! We are sad to hear about your experience.
As you recall, we have selected the best possible night for this activity to take place. It was a perfectly clear night and we could see all the stars, which is one of the most important pre-conditions to be able to see the Northern Lights. Unfortunately, we are not able to control nature and make Northern Lights show up upon request. We are very sorry for the disappointment is has caused!
The trip you have participated in is 60€/person, which is one of the best and most customer friendly prices in the area of Rovaniemi.
We wish you, however, to be able to see Northern Lights some other time!

Unser Führer war ein Profi und kannte die besten Spots. Durch den Minibus waren wir mobil und schnell unterwegs.
Trotz Bewölkung und widrigen Wetterbedingungen, hat man innerhalb der Zeit alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt um Nordlichter zu finden.
Wir hatten auch Pech haben können. Es ist immer etwas Risiko dabei, dass man keine sieht.
Wir haben spontan 5 Std vorher gebucht. Trotzdem hat alles mit der Abholung und der Kommunikation super gepasst.

This trip was amazing! We originally were going but the day turned horrible for weather. Our guide came out and asked if we would go the next night because there was a 100% chance of NOT seeing the lights. We got picked up the next night and was given warm suits for those who wanted them. We drove to a spot which was beautiful in itself with the view of the city. As we arrived the lights were out dancing for us. Our guide set up a fire and a few hot drinks. We saw the lights for 90% of the trip.
To end the trip we slid down the hill and walked back to the car. 100% would recommend this tour!
We also go some fantastic photos on our camera. iPhone wasn’t so good. But some good apps to help get the photos for iPhone at a cheap price
