Esperienza assolutamente da rifare. Il tour operator ben organizzato in particolare la nostra guida Mattia, molto preparata e competente con spiegazioni nei minimi dettagli ha resto questa esperienza ancora piu unica. See you soon ❤️

We did the arctic animals safari and found it a little disappointing....
The reindeer park was lovely and really enjoyed it although jt wasnt a "self driving trip" as advertised. Someone walks the reindeer along whilst you sit in the sledge. But we all enjoyed the reindeer alot. Feeding then etc was fun and we learnt alot about them.
The husky part however, was the most disappointing. It was at husky park in santa village. Nothing was as advertised and we felt more like in a conveyor belt to get in and hurry up and get out (as clearly the tour operator had another trip).
The husky ride isn't on a proper sleigh but on wheels (this may have been due to not enough snow however). We didn't get a tour of the kennel. And the "unique chance to pet the dogs" involved one dog in the hut at the end where we had hot drinks and there were about 15 people to one dog.
We didn't question it at the time as didn't know the tour had ended once we sat down in thr hut. No information was given by the guide.
In summary I wouldn't chose husky encounter with this operator. You would be better off sorting it out privately if you want a truly engaging husky trip and perhaps a more private husky farm to have a nicer experience. Kids had a good time nonetheless but adults felt disappointed as the trip was falsely advertised.

Unfortunately the husky part of this trip was cancelled due to the weather but we were lucky enough to attend the reindeer adventure. It was a really magical day, we got to experience a sled ride and to feed the reindeers.
The day ended with some tea/ coffee and lovely biscuits next to an incredible fire.

Alex was an amazing tour guide. Alex is warm and welcoming to all.
The reindeer farm was magical. The reindeer sleigh ride, feeding the reindeers and learning about them.
The Husky Farm was good too. Going on a Husky ride then getting to pat some of the dogs and learning about them.
Alex gave a good recommendation for a place to eat lunch at Santa's Village.
Alex was an amazing tour guide. Alex is warm and welcoming to all.

Very good tour guide, easy to chat with and knowledgeable with a good tour of the village, although the only negative thing is, they wouldn't do pick up from Ibedcity hostel which isn't far to drive from the hotel they set for pick-up, but enjoyed the tour.

The tour was amazing. We were just 5 people which means no crowd :) expecially the reindeer safari was the best I wasnt expect that fast but unfortunately it was a short and quick ride

This was a much anticipated tour for our family of four, including our two teenage children. We had high expectations due to the price tag and it did not disappoint. Pedro, our tour guide was lovely and it was a small group so we got around easily. The husky ride was the highlight although we also loved meeting Santa and the reindeer ride. The only disappointment was around 2 hours of free time in the middle of the day. This was a little long with it being so cold.

I wanted to compliment our guide VICTOR.....a fantastic and very kind person....he explained everything to us in great detail all the guides carried out with him...very punctual on every occasion...HE HAS US I MADE VISIT ALL OF ROVANIEMI so as not to talk about the reindeer.. huschy..santa claus village.....HELLO VICTOR A HUG FROM ALL 5 OF US....AND THANKS FOR THE GIFT...A BIG HUG..
