Great walking tour of Helsinki with Evi yesterday. Very informative on the historical background as well as lots of practical tips. Definitely two hours well spent. Highly recommended.

Der Gedanke dieser Tour ist gut und vielleicht hatten wir einfach nur ein wenig Pech, weil bei uns spontan der Guide geändert wurde. Leider war unser Guide nicht wirklich local, sondern lebte erst seit 7 Jahren in Helsinki. Unsere vorher aufgeführten Interessens-Punkte wurden auch nicht wirklich angesprochen, stattdessen haben wir seeeehr (zu) viele Infos zur Geschichte erhalten. Freunde von uns hatten aber parallel eine Tour bei einem anderen Guide und haben eine Tour genau nach ihren Wünschen erhalten. Man muss also wohl einfach Glück haben.

Our 6 hour tour with Georg was outstanding! Georg's narration, in depth knowledge was more than a match for the rainy windy weather! He showed us Helsinki historically, culturally and even taught us how to navigate the public transport: We used the ferry system to the islands the next day and made it back!
Georg has infinite energy and introduced us to the local cuisine, history, architecture, art, the magnificent inclusive library, and explained the unique culture to us.

My three-hour walking tour with Sussy was excellent. She is a very nice and knowledgeable person who showed me some places I wouldn’t have seen by myself. I very much enjoyed my time with her looking around Helsinki.

splendid. andre (who is originally german speaking) held an amazing tour. couldm't be better. with the previded informations, he created a well known program and with the weather (getting worse by the hour), he adjusted it perfectly.great value for money.

What a wonderful tour and we had the best tour guide ever! Marine was knowledgeable about everything you want to know and more! She was so nice and we got to see so many things in 5 hours but never felt like it was a rush! We highly recommend this tour and specially take it with the amazing Marine!!

What can I say about Kerstin. We had a food tour earlier in the day and told her we didnt want to go over the same stuff again. She put together an unbelievable afternoon for us. We visited a hiking trail outside the city. We were able to see the beauty of Finland while also learning more about how they live. The personal interactions really were nice. She had homemade snacks with her too! I can go on and on. If you have the time in Finland to get outside the city, do it.

Marine was very receptive to planning a tour that was tailored to my interests. She picked a wonderful route and was very helpful in providing information and background that pertained to my questions. She gave me great suggestions other places to visit and was very personable during the tour.

Very personal tour through Helsinki. Kerstin spoke German as requested. She considered some input we gave her before the tour. The tour was very interesting to us and we have learned a lot from her about the history often in connection with important buildings or places of Helsinki, as e.g. the Olympia Centre. The booked 4 hours were kept always interesting but also with personal sides from her and from us. We can really recommend to book this kind of tour. It is worth each EURO.

We loved our morning with Evi, our local guide! She was knowledgeable and pleasant. And, her English was excellent. The best part was the way Evi accommodated our desires and our pace. We told her a few of the highlights we wanted to see and a couple of places we wanted to skip because we had already seen them. She was very agreeable. Also, I appreciated the way she communicated with us ahead of time so everything went smoothly. We enjoyed her stories about Finnish Christmas customs and her perspective on life in her country. I certainly recommend this tour.

Hello, I am a student at the Hogeschool Rotterdam in the Netherlands. From Tuesday, April 21, I will be in Helsinki with a group of other students for a study trip. We would love to do a walking tour through the city, to see the most important sights in the city. Unfortunately our budget is not very large, but we are very curious about the walking tour for 25 euros.
