We are going to Benidorm in Spanien. We started early from cloudy Kirkkonummi and were almost 10.00 am at the airfield and the lounge. We ate touhuttiin with berries, bread, han and cheese. Good for a 4 hour long flight.

The most horrible lounge I ever visited - paid 66$ for tiny salad bar selection, drinks (cheap wine and local gin& tonik) by request, hot food by order - selection of 3 mediocre dishes. Servant (Chinese lady) appologiesed saying, that sorry, you know, this modesty is normal in this country. As a customer, my expectations that my 66$ should provide comparable service in CDG, JFK, SVO, FRA, etc

The lounge is not that easy to find, in particular, one is in transit from one terminal to the other. You get warmly welcomed by the reception staff and enter a beautifully designed area. The food, hot or cold is average in the selection, taste, and expectation. Nothing to write about. Another particular observation is that the toilet facilities are not as clean as one expects. A pity.

Friendly customer service including fast check-in and flexibility in some details according my special needs. Comfortable chairs, relaxing background music, good food. The whole waiting-experience had a high quality travelling feeling. I didn't have any hurry to leave this lounge. :)

I booked into the lounge as a treat on the way back from visiting family. It was very quiet and offered a place of relaxing before my flight to London.
On arrival the coffee machine was out of order, and there wasn’t much choice on the soft drinks side. A little later into the stay, the hot food was ready, and the meatballs were very nice.
There was not much in the way of snacking food, a very small selection of meats, but for a premium lounge I would of expected more.
The toilet facilities were spotless as was the rest of the lounge.
Overall a good experience, but would of liked to see more options on the food and drink side.

Nice and clean lounge. Staff is great and very helpful. There is no (on July) buffet available due corona situation. You can order food with your mobile phone from all day menu. I has meatballs with smashed potatoes. Soft drinks are included and cocktails are 7€ each.
Free entrance with Amex platinum.

We decided to get some food and rest before our flight from HEL to LHR on the 28th May 2022 in this lounge, and I must say the overall experience is very positive. While choices of warm food is not many, but good enough for a warm lunch. Food quality is above average, and the choices of wine were pretty decent. Cold plates (salad, fruits) are also available but we took only the warm options. Coffee was pretty good.
What made the stay/visit really worth it, was the excellent service provided by the staff there. Daniel was going all out to make sure we are taken care off. The other two ladies (sorry I forgot the names) were also very kind and helpful - it does not matter if it was about clarification on the services (like my visit using my credit card does not allow shower facilities) or choice of wine - all are answered with kindness and professionalism. I will definitely want to visit this lounge again if I visit Helsinki again next time. Thanks!

Great lounge with friendly staff that really give you a great welcome. This is the second time I have been here in a week and both times it was a good experience. I was here last November and it was good then as well.

Plaza premium lounge at Helsinki-Vantaa airport (departures, non-Schengen) is a lounge that you can get in with few business class tickets (like Qatar, Turkish Airlines, ...) or free with your Amex Platinum or you can by yourself in with around 30 eur from their website or by the door.
Lounge is big (although some areas were closed while we visited), designed with a good taste and staff is excellent.
Some alcohol (wine, beer) is included to the price and there is full bar where you can by more staff if 's needed. There are small bites, coffee, soda, ... available as well as all the usual like toilets, Wifi, ... and a good runway-view.
The new thing is that you can order a la carte food with your phone while sitting at the table area and starting it with scanning the qr-code on the table you sit on. You can choose two portions at the time but I guess you can do it over and over again if you stay hungry :-)
Ordered food was tasty and presented nicely!
All in all good place to kill some time or have food with drinks before you flight.
