Dear Guest We are sad to read this review . You booked the trip for 7th April , 2023. We had informed you on 6th April regarding the pick up time at which the driver would meet you at your hotel reception. Our driver reached your hotel on 7th April in the morning and waited for you in the reception. After waiting , he checked in the reception and they couldn’t find you . We tried contacting you via phone and email ( viator / TripAdvisor chat platform) and didn’t receive any response . We had the cruise booked . Driver and guide for the trip were reserved . Your trip was on Good Friday. We hope you understand that when reservations are made , we reserve the guides and drivers exclusively for your tour and the guides and drivers cannot take any other reservations during the same time . When a “no show” happens , a guide’s opportunity to take another tour is already lost and the tickets reserved cannot be refunded anymore . Hence , we have the 24 hours prior cancellation policy clearly mentioned in the tour details . You called us after one month asking for refund which is completely understandable. You requested us to take a hit for your small mistake . We execute our tours with utmost care and dedication. We receive changes and cancellation requests quite frequently due to change of plans . All change requests / cancellations are free of charge provided they are made 24 hours prior to trip start time . We understand that you had to lose money because of your very small mistake . We hope you understand that all arrangements made for you cannot be reverted after one month of the trip date . All sectors in tourism industry including airlines and cruise companies operate on similar guidelines where no refunds are generated for “NO SHOW” Thank you for understanding .

We share detailed information and guidelines via email to all our guests 12 hours before the trip start. On that particular day ,there was some unavoidable circumstance that caused some disturbances during the tour. However, it could have definitely well managed .
