I had David as my guide and he was excellent! He made the tour much more enjoyable and informative. He made sure we knew the times and locations for everything and it made things much easier. I loved the south coast and the glacier lagoon I only wish I got to see the seals! Overall an amazing experience thank you!

Views were amazing! Highly recommend going in the winter time
It was absolutely stunning to see the glacier lagoon at sunset time. I felt like with the short day light time span we still got to see everything in daylight. My only con is that we had to skip one stop because the drive back had some delays and the wind was too strong. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. My only issue was he was slightly more engaging. It kinda felt like a professor giving lecture and no group interaction.

Wonderful Tour Guide Duo & Beautiful Sights to See!

Myself and two friends booked this South Coast tour with our guide Monika and bus driver, Michal in November 2022. What a great duo. Monika is super knowledgable and has a ton of information to share, with a few jokes too. She is also a photographer so she helped every person or couple get a great shot. She's patient but also ensured we got on the bus on time as the 15 hour trip didn't need to be any longer. Monika also made sure to keep seats in the front of the bus free for anyone that got motion sickness (ME!). I couldn't ask for a better human or tour guide. I felt safe with Michal the entire trip and he worked hard to ensure the bus stayed clean and smell free (no hot food!) for all guests. Merci, Michal.

The tour was gorgeous with so many different sights to take in. Volcanoes, to glaciers to black sand beaches. The drive was gorgeous as well, especially as the sun set.

It's a long day, but worth it as you get out and see what you came to see ... ICELAND.

Roman was our guide and his engagement with the group and knowledge was fantastic. Bring some toilet paper in your pocket for just in case. Lots of stops for food and restroom

Dans la région, il y a les glaciers, les lacs glacières mais n'oublié pas de vous promener dans les sables noir de Skeioararsandur. Une pure merveille avec ce sable noir tellement fin.

A long and amazing day
This was one of our favorite days in Iceland. Since we did not have a car, we relied on tour companies to get us out of Reykjavik. This tour was LONG (over 14 hours), but we were prepared and it was fine for us. Roman was the most amazing tour guide! We were impressed with his stamina on such a long trip! He shared stories and information with us, got us to all the stops in plenty of time, and even got us to a few extra places. Highlights were the glacier lagoon, hunting for icebergs on diamond beach, and the black sand beach near Vik. The scenery on the long drive was stunning. I lost track of how many waterfalls and horses we passed.

This tour was absolutely fabulous! Our tour guides, Thomas & Vjeran made the trip remarkable! They provided historic information and details on where we were going. It was great to have insight as to where we were stopping. They also added additional stops that were not originally included. I cannot say enough great things about this experience. Would recommend to everyone!

Decent Sights, Okay Bus, Good Guides
Wow what a tour! Our driver was fantastic and our guide was great. He reminded me of a university professor; interesting things to say but in a calming voice! The sights were beautiful, so they only thing that could have been better was the bus ride. There weren't any USB outlets, which was a struggle when you're using your phone to take pictures all day! I also really would have appreciated taking some super quick 5-minute stops just for a breath of fresh air. Someone on the bus was very gassy, (which made the 10 hours of driving unpleasant) and I was worried about carsickness. There were a couple of places along the way where we could have just stopped for a second to get fresh air in the bus and in ourselves. And of course to snap a quick picture! The glacier lagoon was absolutely gorgeous, but because the boat tour is not operating this season, a lot of us had extra time there where we just hung out by the food trucks.

Thank you Traveling_Bagel for your very positive review. Glad you enjoyed the excursion to the Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon with us, certainly a long drive. The stops along the way at the 2 waterfalls and at the town of Vik both ways may not be enough for this long ride but we must keep up with the schedule, regrettably. The boat rides on the Glacier Lagoon start on May 1st unfortunate that you missed this experience

Pick up & Drop off waren einwandfrei organisiert. Die Tour startete überaus pünktlich und wurde von unserem Guide (wir wissen leider den Namen nicht mehr, vielleicht Ron?) und unserem Busfahrer (Obbi?) mit viel Humor durchgeführt. Auf eine sehr sympathische Art konnte unser Guide viel Wissenswertes an uns weitergeben. Das Wetter war wunderbar und an jedem Besichtigungspunkt ausreichend Zeit gegeben. Danke nochmal für diese unglaublich tolle Tour, bei der wir die Gletscherlagune in ihrer vollsten Pracht bestaunen konnten.
