This trip was absolutely amazing. Breathtaking landscapes. Every stop was worthwhile and we never felt rushed. Our tour guide Siggie was absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to make the whole day special. His energy and enthusiasm was infectious, so thank you to him. I couldn’t recommend this trip highly enough.

Did the South Coast tour with Daniel and Paco .. had a wonderful time . Daniel is extremely knowledgeable forthcoming and cooperative. Paco is an immensely skilled and pleasant driver . We had super fun and were mesmerised by the fantastic landscape. Daniel’s informative commentary truly enhanced our experience and we are very grateful to Bustravel for giving us such precious memories . This company is customer oriented and goes out of their way to create spectacular experiences for their clients . Am glad we chose Bustravel Iceland . The process of booking treks us seamless and the admin staff are fabulous.

The length of the days meant a 8 hour trip like this was mostly in the dark so we saw very little from the bus then limited time at each location made it feel very rushed so maybe better doing this trip in lighter months

We had a visit with Anne, and it was just amazing! She was passionate about sharing the culture and history of this country, making the experience unique and enriching. Making this tour in winter brings a special atmosphere that I highly recommend. An unforgettable experience!

Had an amazing experience on this tour, thanks to our Great Alain! He were incredibly nice, helpful, and full of fascinating information about Iceland. His passion for the country’s history, culture, and nature really shone through. He went out of his way to ensure everyone had a great time and even shared some great tips for exploring more of Iceland, give us recommendations food restaurant and Museum. Highly recommend!”

Took this tour on 24th December in heavy snow. It was amazing. Both the driver and guide were wonderful. The scenery was spectacular, Iceland is a beautiful country. Enjoyed the very informative guide, sorry I can't remember his name. Plenty of comfort breaks too.

This was my favourite day in Iceland. I did the south coast and sky lagoon combo tour.
The driver was exceptionally in the tough road conditions, his name was lucas (Don't think this is the correct spelling) and the guide was Matt, who was so enthusiastic, knowledgeable and fun. It was a long day but an amazing day so all worth it. The pick up from Reykjavik was efficient. The waterfalls were exceptionally especially the Skogafoss.... that was truly WOW!
Black sand beach at low tide watching the sun rise was magical. Lunch stop in Vik was very practical with lots of choice of snacks/food. The scenery was spectacular here. Then the glacier was magical in all it's glory. The last stop was Skogafoss at sunset and that added that little extra sparkling to the amazing beauty. From here the drive back felt a little long as was tired but with all the drop offs at Reykjavik we then went to Sky lagoon for a 7 step ritual to relax after a long day. Definitely recommend the south coast tour with this company.

We did the South of Iceland full day tour with Siggy and it was absolutely incredible. Siggy was so knowledgeable, kind, funny and the best tour guide we’ve ever had. Bustravel Iceland is lucky to have him and people like him are your best resource. We saw many sights, and Siggy knew all of the history and had comical add-ons to most stories. He was flexible and all 6 of us really loved him! Bravo for the tour and an even bigger bravo to Siggy who truly made the experience! Thank you from Boston!

This tour includes a lot in a day. Lots of bang for your buck. The best part of the tour was pur guide Ritchie. This guy was a rock star! Unbelievably knowledge- he clearly loves what he does and he uses what's app to share links and pics throughout the trip. He Gabe great advice on taking pics and even took a few of our family. And he tops it off with a perfect music Playlist connected to the sites and experience. He also did a great job pivoting when weather got in the way, ensuring we had an amazing experience.

How do I get a refund and who do I have to go through? As it was cancelled out of our hands

Same thing happened to us. They ditched us! Call the credit card company and challenge the charge. BusIceland through Viator was our tour operator. Horrible and no help! We got the refund but it was our last day in Iceland, so we forcefully forked out $1000 almost on a private taxi but did most of the things since we didn’t want to waste our trip.

I want to add that if you are traveling with someone, have someone head to the food line first to place your order. The stops are reasonably long but most of the food is made to order and can take a little while. The food is very good but you dont want to be the last to order and possibly feeling rushed to get back on the bus.
