The tour was amazing. Our guide, Andre, was very knowledgeable and a great resource for historical information about Iceland. I highly recommend this tour and Andre as a guide.

Thank you for this wonderful review. With some travellers, I also speak more than just historical, geological and natural facts in Iceland. You have been interested in more that tour itself, so we found the same direction in other areas too. I hope you enjoyed also a day later in Snæfelsnes peninsula with another operator.

We enjoyed a private tour of the country side. We saw geysers, the tectonic plates, a dairy farm serving ice cream, and the large tube that brings hot water to Reykjavik. We saw an amazing waterfall, and ate a delicious Icelandic lunch in a local restaurant. The weather was rainy, but we enjoyed our trip and our conversation with Andres.

Thank you for being back to me, this time in this review. It was a really good time for me to be with you on that tour, since I noticed quickly we could speak about various things and Icelandic nature including other spoken were in your interests. In that way, the tour will happen better for you. On the other way, you are exactly that kind of person, more explorer and not a selfie maker for a new Facebook cover. It means a lot and I also believe you enjoyed other countries you visited in past.

We had the best time ever! Andres was the best tour guide! He took us to the best spots to see everything! He was very knowledgeable and we had such a fun time with him! I would highly recommend this tour, it was the best one we did while visiting Iceland!

You also were very outstanding travellers. Interesting in geothermal, geology and more in the tour at all. There are many types of travellers, but you are in the category of those who are aware that a tour like yours isn´t just driving, it is education.

Visiting Geyser, the waterfalls, and the beaches were all amazing experiences. Learning about all of these sites from my knowledgeable guide enhanced the experience. My trip to Iceland was wonderful, however my guide Andres made my journey absolutely AMAZING!!!

Dear Laverne,
Thank you for this review. Touring with you was also for me a good time since you both are interested in nature. If you weren´t willing to visit the particular exhibition, is just a point of your own opinion and wishes, so I appreciate it very much.
You also contacted me in good advance, so I knew somehow what are your interests, and what are you expecting from Iceland. With that good advance tours usually happen much better. And yes. We stayed together in days, so it is different of some other travellers booking a day tour, or only a few hours tour with me and my company.
Really hope to see you again and thanks again for this review.

Really it is good experience take this tour. Looks to me tour operator is not guide he like friend but very professional when time comes he explained every thing at site

Ray thank you for this review. It was my pleasure to be with you that day. You have travelled a lot before Iceland, so interest and comparison are on right one way. There is only one thing I would do more if possible. It is to be with you on tour and with your soul mate. But destiny exists, so she was happy for you to visit Iceland, I believe.

Andres came highly recommended by friends who had been on one of his private tours a few years ago so I got in touch. From the first email which was prompt and full of information so we booked there and then. He arrived promptly and we found him to be extremely knowledgeable about all Icelandic matters from geology to politics. My mobility is poor so he tailored the tour to suit my needs, even dropping us off near an attraction when parking nearby was limited. Andres was the perfect tour guide and we can’t recommend him highly enough.

Dear BlueRuby. Thank you for so a positive review. We have had some time to organize or find the best travelling solutions. It is the first important step. You also have been lucky with the weather and that is something I myself would wish on travelling local or in another country, including in your home country, UK.

We wanted to see the Golden Circle tour but did not want to be on a bus with 40 or more passengers. The perfect solution for us was to take private tour from Mercury Grail with Andres as our guide. This was a great tour and the cost for 2 of us was less than the cost that our Viking cruise was charging for the same tour on a bus full of passengers. Andres was a super guide. Couldn't ask for more

That kind of Golden circle version is really better option. But not everybody is willing to research the market and options. It was my honor to be that day with you on tour. You both are very kind, and experienced travelers, so to get review from that kind of customer means a lot.

Andres was very knowledgeable and super friendly. He was flexible to flight delays and bathroom needs and went out of his way to show sights that we had liked to see that wasn’t part of the tour. He knew exactly which spots would give you the best photo opportunities and arranged the day according to the weather and traffic. I would very highly recommend!

Mr Ivanovic was an excellent guide. He was very informative and at the end of the tour he dropped us off at the hotel. I left a small pouch in the car on the floor (surprised he saw it) and he returned it to the hotel later that evening. How very nice of him to return to the hotel hours after the tour. In addition to being very personable all during the tour, returning my lost item was very kind. I recommend him.

Thank you for you review Sally. I was really impressed for your group since you have been interested on place we visited, history, nature and else. Not everybody is, so that kind of tours always happens well.

Hi, what exactly does the transport to and from attractions exclusion mean? Are there further fees to be paid on the day?

Transport to and from attractions means to come to all promised places, and if some other attraction like a snowmobile, house riding, snorkelling, Secret lagoon is on special request, then am I doing it too.
