    向你的酒店前台打听一下当晚有没有短途旅行，或者直接在网上咨询。出行，是一种很好的信息来源。到了当地后外出逛了一圈却没看到什么有意思的。回家。于是第二天再次出发，旅行团会带着你直到你看到你想看到的。旅程又开始了。同行一位健谈幽默的女游客，因为我大声抱怨客车上的异味而对我板着脸，也许是我我不太讨喜吧。到了集合的现场，我们发现有个女士已经在车上了，而且只有我们的车上有厕所，所以想回去或是看看孩子都不太方便。在长途汽车上，所有人都拿到了一份关于如何设置相机的折页，有位应该是公司工作人员的女士走到我身边直接教我设置了我的三星S8/S9手机。 因为有些冷，我不得不把手机举起来拍照。虽然这姿势有点搞笑，但看到我拍的那张照片，真是太棒了。然后每个人都开始跑来请教我，问我如何设置，按钮在哪等等。我那台比较贵的佳能相机都拍不出这效果，估计连iphone、三星note手机也不行，我拍的照片真的很可爱。把手机举过头顶拍照，然后看看拍到了什么，真是太有趣了，不过天气太冷了，如果用眼睛看的话很难看清东西。我妈有点失落，因为这是她60岁生日的一次特殊旅行。去冰岛蓝湖的时候，她看到了鲸鱼。总的来说这家公司还是挺不错的。它会想尽办法让你看到旅途中独具特色的风景，再把你安全送回家。

    到冰岛第一晚就看到极光秀！买了最便宜的大巴追极光然后九点半一路晃晃悠悠到国家公园然后刚刚还在说月亮太亮一转头就看到Aurora lights on!!!一直变幻跳舞一样过零点。真的是冻到伤也心甘情愿！更是没想到用苹果机都能抓拍到极光！ 另外导游小哥很会讲，还有热巧克力和当地小吃面包结。 超值！

    简单容易的网上订购，我们三人订购蓝湖门票连交通接送，后因行程有变，于出发两天透过电邮更改时间，过程顺利快速，没有任何附加费用。往来蓝湖交通一小时一班，到达后只要出示电子门票便可，离开时间随你喜欢，最后准时回到车站等车返回巿区，方便快捷。

    我们主要是搭乘Reykjavik Excursions公司的Flybus往返市区和机场。司机员态度很不错，会帮忙拿取行李放置车上，到站也会帮忙拿出行李。但是如果是拿实体车票，还是要向收票人员确认已经给票，因为我们遇到给她票，她后来还再来索票的情事。

    准点便捷的fly bus机场接驳
    Flybus机场接驳在KEF机场一出来的地方搭车，开至市区BSI巴士总站或各旅馆。班次足够，发车非常准时，司机也亲切友好。应该是机场前往市区最方便的选择。

    行程每天早上九点从BSI公车总站出发，可自行前往公车站，或在网上订购时，依据饭店所在位置安排定点接驳服务，全程附英语导游，午餐在间歇泉旁的休息站自理。前往每个景点行车时间安排得宜，最长约1.5个小时，不会令人觉得疲累，各景点也预留足够时间游览。回程会在市区各接驳点让旅客下车，相当便利。

    我们去了金环和丰塔纳，享受了一个健康之旅。导游很棒。他的知识和幽默恰如其分。司机也是一个非常专业的司机。我们很幸运，能够在阳光灿烂的日子里看到这一切：地面覆盖着雪，瀑布是惊人的。我们一点也不觉得仓促。

    晚上好！我们想要分享最好的导游Höskuldur Frímannsson带我们去冰穴的体验。接送的车超级干净，有WiFi，充电器，对于长途来说非常舒适。Höskuldur聊了历史，还说了他自己的体验，建议等等，非常有趣而且很实用，他还很会讲笑话，知道很多不同语言的词汇。我们之前有过两次请向导的经验，但他是最好的，全程陪同，对团队体验和我们的行为都很好奇。他提供了10小时的最好的向导服务。非常感谢你Frímannsson先生，你做的非常好！

Our booking was canceled twice

It was canceled twice, and rebooking was not possible due to our schedule constraints. We are expecting a refund.

Tour group honesty.

The trip was well organized and the guide very entertaining during the drive. However Mother Nature had not cooperated and we had a fair amount of overcast making the lights barely visible. We were offered the opportunity to
rebook... they were good on their promise!

Northern lights were great!
Lara the tour guide was fantastic! Explained everything well, was humorous, patient, and indefatigable. We saw the northern lights and she suggested and took a picture of us standing under the lights.

Iceland is a treasure

Our experience in Iceland was outstanding. Our tour guide Omar made our trip memorable in so many ways. He is passionate about his Ísland and his job. Iceland is an amazing country and we will return.

Great to see the lights but poorly organised tour

This was the second northern lights tour we did during our stay in Reykjavik. The first was with a different company the night before but sadly we didn't see much so thought we'd book on this on the day after having clear skies all day.

This was a much larger group than our previous tour, consisting of 4 full sized bus loads of people. Our tour guide Asta was sadly pretty poor though, whilst she may have known a lot about the lights it didn't come across during her talks on the journey. She was frequently changing context mid sentence and if we hadn't have gone on the previous tour I don't think I'd have had any more knowledge after this one!

The lights were already showing when we got to the pickup spot so the bus rushed to the first dark spot out of the city where we'd get a better view, which was on the side of the motorway. Whilst I appreciate this was a good plan as the lights didn't stay out long so we'd have likely missed them otherwise, we should have moved on once we'd spent some time there. After about 50 minutes everyone but 3 were back on the bus, the lights had been fully gone for 25 minutes at this point so those should have been gathered up and we could have moved on. It wasn't the most scenic spot and you could see the rest of the bus just fed up waiting. Asta wanted to spend another hour at the spot but was convinced otherwise by the rest of the bus so we headed back early.

There's obviously no guarantee of seeing the lights so I'm happy to say we were lucky enough to see a vibrant show for about 30 minutes overall. I'd probably recommend another tour over these but if you're in a pinch it's not terrible either.

Got to check this off my bucket list
I so appreciate that they give you multiple chances to see the Northern Lights. We originally booked on Sunday night, we didn't get good pics, so we were allowed to rebook, Monday we were on a tour & missed the bus, so we rebook for Tuesday. That night was canceled due to the weather, so Wednesday was our last hope & thank goodness the weather was perfect & we were able to see green & rare red lights. The guides were nice & professional.

We didn't see them but the tour guides were great

The tour guides were great, they explained thoroughly the scientific facts behind the northern lights and even though we didn't see much they gave us a second chance at seeing the northern lights a day after.

Book for your first night!

Went out twice, didn’t see the lights twice. They get about 1-2 comfy bus fulls of people to go out 30min from Reykjavik, and stop in a parking lot to wait and observe. (Sometimes different parking lots) Found it odd that it needs to be dark to see the lights but we stopped near lit up buildings… however the cool thing about booking here is that they let you reschedule free of charge if you don’t see the lights on your tour, allowing you to rebook as many times as you wish until you actually see the lights! If weather is unfavorable, the tour will be cancelled that same day hours in advance.
