This is a very good place, clean and neat and proper equipment. The service was nice and welcoming. The game was completely up to expectations. I'd love to come back.

The experience was alright although shaded by the fact that a fault in one of the room's puzzles prevented us from solving it.
However, we noticed afterwards that our group was overcharged which in and of itself doesn't matter, but after getting in contact with Reykjavik Escape, they (their CEO) have acknowledged their error but seem to be ignoring our multiple emails now. This kind of customer service really colors the overall in experience in bad light making this a place I would not recommend.

What a great time! The room was well thought out and executed, and while there were just the two of us, it could have still been beaten if we hadn't missed an obvious clue. And the hosts are excellent, very friendly and helpful. When you're in Reykjavik, find some time to do one of these rooms!
