We understand that the main reason for your visit was to enjoy the advertised Photo Booth, and we regret that it was not in proper working condition. We had a technical issue that we are trying to resolve, and hopefully it will be fully functional again very soon. Please note that the camera you mentioned was actually intended for our photo simulator, which is located next to the photo booth. The photo simulator is fully operational and it helps our customers to set the cameras and phones for the northern lights experience. Even though we don't really see the northern in summer in Iceland, you are welcome to come again and try to set the devices for free. We apologize if there was any confusion or lack of clarity regarding this distinction during the tour. We deeply regret that there was no one available to address your concerns at the end. We strive to provide excellent customer service, but we acknowledge that on rainy busy days, it can take us some time to cope with all our guests' needs. This is not an excuse, but rather an area where we need to improve our operations to ensure timely assistance for every customer. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.

Typically, we have more VR headsets available for our guests, but due to the current health and safety protocols, we have limited the number of headsets in use at any given time.
