Great experience and attraction. The location is great near other attractions. The ride itself is fantastic. The staff is very friendly, specially Maria.

Flyover Iceland is a short but fun activity to do, especially on a rainy day like our first day in Iceland.
We arrived 10 minutes early as required and were quickly processed and sorted into our groups.
The two introductory videos were really interesting however the main attraction exceeded all our expectations.
Not only do you get to see some of Iceland’s amazing scenery which you might otherwise not see but you also get to feel and smell it!
There is also the option to buy some souvenirs or have a coffee and a cake afterwards to extend your stay longer.
We were absolutely thrilled about the whole experience and it is good value for money.

kids loved it. 4d cinema and roller coaster combo. Boring pre-show talks/videos. return show discounts is interesting as kids will probably want to do it again

This was so much fun! The video quality and immersive nature of the ride were top notch. Bought tickets online in advance for the time we preferred and arrived at the location on foot from our hotel in central Reykjavik — a pleasant walk on a nice day, but be prepared! The gift shop is rather nice, with the full array of Icelandic tourist favorites, and there is a cute cafe section to relax with coffee.

It was a plan B because of bad weather on the last day of our holiday. It was a big disappointment, it was a short fly over after some introductory stories of 2x5 minutes. Way too expensive for what it is!!!

Last Saturday I had a chance to visit Fly Over Iceland. It is a nice place to visit, whether you are only for a short time in Reykjavik, traveling solo or with your kids or friends. It has been my first time in a facility like this. I must say, it really felt very real, as if you were flying over the immense landscapes of Iceland, leaving you with an idea of what you can explore in Iceland. I especially recommend it as a perfect family or friend bonding time. There is a nice café as well as a stylish gift shop to get some interesting souvenirs. Takk

What a strange mixture this place is. From a slightly militant start it goes rapidly downhill as you are subjected to a terrible piece of storytelling by a virtual man who doesn’t tell any stories. Then into a further filler section that again tells you very little. However, once you’re in the main attraction it changes into a fantastic spectacular flight over various locations from across the country many of which you’ll probably never get to in real life. The simulator is quite effective, at one point eliciting an exclamation from most people in there. Do they need the two awful filler sections? Maybe they could just improve them! Or get a bit more of the amazing flying footage and extend the length of the good bit.

Does the flight make you feel sick like a rollercoaster?

You can feel a little wobbly as the screen moves quite quickly but it doesnt last too long so you should be ok, its so worth it though
