Concerning the blue cave: 10€ for 20 minutes by boat. Ideally you should come in the morning or after 2 p.m.
At the end of the morning there are groups on buses but in the end not much waiting time to buy the ticket and take one of the boats.
Bring sunscreen and beach shoes (not obligatory).
Possibility of swimming after the boat visit.
Concerning the port of Marsaxlokk: to do before or after. The port is cute with its little market.
