Dear David, We thank you for leaving your feedback. As per your question in our email conversation after presenting your compaints when you mentioned that our website shows a "nice new Mercedes Benz Vito", we explained to you and it is shown in the booking platform that the specific vehicle is under a different category (Premium Minivan) from the category you booked. The Toyota van we provided you is also shown on our website under the "Minibus" category. Our website has real photos of the vehicles and this vehicle is also shown clearly on the website.. All of our cars are in excellent condition and I can guarantee you that we do not use 20 year old vehicles - yes some are brand new and some are older but they all in excellent condition. As for the seatbelts, the two point belts are also accepted by the governent and the ministry of transportation and of course MOT (The test checks emissions, brakes, suspension, steering, lights and tyres, seatbelts etc). What we assume is that after you noticed we have also premium cars, you expected to have something similar for your journey. Even though the Premium category is a lot more expensive, we provided this car for you on your return journey with no extra cost after you had some objections about the other vehicle, but it seems that a brand new Viano was again not to you liking. In any case, we are sorry to hear that you were left disappointed with our services and we wish for you to have a better experience on your next journey.
