Dear Lorraine Thank you for your review which means a lot to us as it helps improving our service We are sorry that you expected more time at the Eagle’ Nest and felt somewhat rushed . Yet in order to provide the included priority-lane entrance at one of the most popular attractions in the area we must keep our time slots. As described on our website this 5.5 h grouped tour entails a 50 minutes stay at the top of the Eagle Nest and 50 minutes and the picturesque Alpine town of Berchtesgaden – regardless which weather! Despite not being too flexible with schedules, the running of the tour as such has been a great success the past decades; since it offers the historical part which is also interesting in bad weather as well as a visit to a wonderful Alpine town. A great opportunity to try out local specialties! We are happy you were lucky visiting the Eagle Nest in spectacular weather enjoying breath-taking views; and fully understand the urge spending more time up there… In such a case we do recommend doing a private tour offering much more flexibility according to the personal interest of our guests for the utmost experiences Once again thank you for taking your time dropping us a note We do hope to welcome you on board again someday Thank you and best regards Your Salzburg Panorama Tours Team
