Experience to do if you come to Vienna and want to immerse yourself in that Habsburg-imperial environment. Immense building, very elegant... the gardens are certainly more beautiful in summer, but having been there at Christmas time we found a beautiful Christmas market. The Alex guide was very nice and prepared. Highly recommended!!

Skip the line is a great way to go. No fuss, no stress. I strongly recommend going early. Our tour started at 10:30 am. Lines and crowd were fine. When we left at 12:30 it was a mad house.
If you have toured palaces before then you may not need to book this excursion. Every palace has about the same stuff.

We used Good Vienna tours for a custom private tour of the Palace, gardens, and Treasury and we could not have been more pleased. We were on a Viking River cruse and decided to do a custom tour instead of the Viking tour, and glad we did.
Julija was informative and helpful as I compared tour companies. She was responsive and helpful providing options and recommendations. Eventually closing the sale.
Michael was the perfect guide for our group. We had such a good time. His enthusiasm and energy kept us going. And his knowledge kept us interested. Best was his flexibility. "What would you like to do? "Here are some options". "We'll build a plan and can change if we need to." (We need coffee!!!).
Highly recommended.

Amazing experience absolutely in awe of the architecture and how royalty lived in those days such an opulent lifestyle. History and culture conveyed extremely well by our guide. Loved the experience

Hello from Cyprus
It was a special price for my family( 4). If the persons was less the price may be was higher ( 128 Euro) There is a possibility to get discount price but you must look around the e-tickets for SPECIAL HOURS ONLY !!! I saw this possibility but was a narrow way to choose that strange hours.
