Hello Julia W, We have loved hearing feedback about how your experience with us was. We understand the frustration when mother nature has other plans in mind. The Star Walk is a night time snowshoeing hike, we are unable to control the clouds (unfortunately!) so we understand the disappointment you felt when there weren't stars, however sounds like you had extra fluffy snow, which would have made the snowshoeing much more enjoyable. Happy to hear that you enjoyed the factors that we can control, such as the service, our home-made food and your booking experience and we are happy to hear you had a positive experience with these points.
