Amazing tour, very knowledgeable guide and great weather!
Sterling is a highly interesting city with a facinating history. Definitely recommend doing this tour because Sterling offers a lot more than just the castle!

We had an excellent tour with Diane this afternoon! She was delightful…enthusiastic, shared her knowledge of Stirling, a perfect introduction to the town! So glad we had the experience…definitely recommend!

After walking with the tours in Glasgow and Inverness our expectacions were high but Diane definitely delivered! The tour was great and Diane told us all about the town’s history and insights. We really loved the tour and Diane with her witty take on the stories told. Definitely recommend!

Jane...who is most definitely not plain...was out guide and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. We learnt a lot about life in Jacobean Stirling (and I won't spoil any surprises but there were certainly a few). The tour brought to life the history of Stirling old town and it's inhabitants and really added colour to the backstory...and the backdrop of the old town itself. Highly recommend!

Fascinating tour with Jane today. We were dead lucky since it was just her and the two of us. Intriguing insights into the sort of society the City has been through history, so more about the nature of life in the city rather than hundreds of dates. She brought the place alive. 90 minutes and a few pounds very well spent.

I very highly recommend this walk around old Stirling. We heard fascinating stories of wicked and powerful people, and ancient crafts and trades, and saw shoogly old homes and castles. Our friendly guide was an excellent communicator. He took a human interest/ social history approach, rather than 'dates of battles'. Excellent knowledge, too!

Outstanding walking tour of the old town of Stirling! Our guide Georgia was a wonderful story teller with the history and fun facts of the area. She really brought it all to life! It’s an hour and half tour starting outside the old jail and ending at the entry way to Stirling Castle with many interesting stops in between : )

One - I just now booked from here in the US for Sept 4, and have not yet received an email confirming this booking. The confirmation number is 1310130096. My name is Janice Trozzo. It is for 2 adults. Walking tour - starting at 11.
Also, I doubt we can be at the starting point 15 min in advance since our train from Edinburgh is arriving at 10:17. We plan to dash to our hotel (Stirling Highland) to drop off luggage and then come immediately to the starting point.

I was unable to make reservation for 1 person. I am a senior solo traveler. I went ahead and paid for 2 to assure the reservation. Any chance i can get a refund for the unused 2nd person ticket?

No I was not. I cancelled the reservation .Hopefully, while there for a few days, ill be able to join a group. If there are others, they will take solo visitors, just not only the solo.
