The best cooking class ever !

We loved every minute we spent with Anna in her home in the village of Cogorno. Anna is a very good cook and teacher and the Ligurian dishes we cooked we will try again when we get home. Making gnocchi was especially fun and so was fried zucchiniflowers, a dish we only tasted once before. We wanted the lesson to be in Italian to improve our language and Anna was extremely patient and a good teacher in that area as well. Thank’s again Anna. This was by far the best day of our time in Chiavari, Liguria.

Best cooking class ever!

This is the best ever cooking class. It gives you the flavor of Italian life to go along with the incredible food. Anna makes you feel at home, in her home while sharing recipes and techniques, tricks of the trade and style in a warm and friendly manner. She was easy to work with planning our menu and prepared a beautiful pamphlet of our meal for us to take home. We loved every second of this cooking class and couldn’t recommend her more highly. Grazie Mille Anna.

A wonderful evening in Liguria with Anna

We have experienced not only - as we had hoped - an instructive cooking course in very tasty Ligurian cuisine, but also a very enjoyable dinner in breathtaking surroundings with a wonderful teacher and hostess. Anna, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you again, from the bottom of my heart. It was a wonderful time with you with very delicious food.

Italian culture at its finest!

Cooking with Anna was fantastic. The class was very hands on and she was there to guide us through the recipes step by step, whilst explaining the history to the local Ligurian dishes. A truly once in a life time experience.
