The only contact you need for a 5 star vacation!

We used H&A tours for several different excursions including Sulphur Springs, bamboo rafting, visiting the mall in Rodney Bay, we went to Castries, and we even asked them to join us for the Friday night street party. They were very patient as I stopped to feed all the strays around the island. 😆 We liked them so much that we also used them as our airport shuttle. Hernelle and his wife were amazing and by the time we left I felt like we had developed a nice friendship. I would give them 10 stars if possible!

H&A Tours is awesome!

Family of 4 in from Chicago and spent the day with Alleyn. Couldn't recommend H&A and especially Alleyn (co-owner with his wife) more! So much fun! Alleyn is so much fun and the places we stopped at were great. Great experience.

H&A Tours provides more for less! HIGHLY recommend

I’ve always been a proponent of NOT booking excursions through cruise lines and have preferred using local vendors instead and our experience today with H&A Tours was yet another example of how you get more for less when booking directly.

We did the St Lucia Diamond Mineral Baths, Mud Baths & Waterfall Adventure and could not recommend it any more. Our ship arrived at 7:00 and Perry was there waiting for us with a personalized sign when we walked off the ship. Perry served as our Tour Guide, Driver and Photographer and did a great job in all three roles. Most importantly, he allowed us to get ahead of the cruise ship crowds, which allowed us to have a much more enjoyable experience.

When we arrived at our first stop, the Mud Baths, only a handful of locals were there. By the time we were finishing up 20 minutes later the place was overrun by cruisers from our same boat. They were given zero instructions and had lengthy lines to deal with.

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our day in St Lucia and I would strongly recommend Perry and H&A Tours.

Exceeded Expectations! 10 Stars!

If I could give this trip 10 stars, I would! It was beyond amazing and exceeded every expectation! Hernelle (Nellie) was our guide. She was prompt at picking us up in her very nice, clean, comfortable car. She had us staying one step ahead of the huge tour bus groups so we really enjoyed the mud baths, the waterfall with mineral bath, and botanical gardens before everyone showed up. Our creole lunch was so delicious. The scenery is stunning! She stopped at so many view points and took tons of pictures of us on our phone. She also made sure our bag was secure (the majority of the time it stayed locked in her car). She had cold water and beer for us to enjoy and immersed us in the local culture, gave us history of St Lucia and knew really cool geographical facts. My husband and I enjoyed our time exploring the west coast and highly recommend going with H&A Tours!
Side note - bathrooms are available and they are all clean. Some you are charged 1USD so have that on you. There are plenty of local vendors selling items at all the stopping points so that is your time to find local jewelry, bags, honey, etc. Bring your change of clothes! You’ll be glad to not ride back in a wet, smelly swimsuit!

Hernelle Ross (Nelly) provided the most pleasurable experience in St. Lucia. We enjoyed learning about the island and the good conversation. She offered taking many pictures and videos that relieved me of the responsibility and was a great feeling. She kept us ahead of the traffic which was nice. I highly recommend this tour.

Great experience with Nelle

I had Nelle as my driver and went solo. She was great from the start until the end. Funny, informative, and a great driver. She even drove a souvenir back to my hotel after I left it in her car. 10/10 would recommend.

Superb tour and the best tour guide!

My husband and I had an amazing time on this tour with H&A Tours! Hernelle was our guide, and she took excellent care of us. She is incredibly knowledgeable and considerate, and we truly enjoyed our conversations with her while learning so much about St. Lucia. Each stop was enjoyable and relaxed, with no rush. We had a delightful lunch at a stunning local venue, and the food was absolutely delicious. Thank you, Hernelle! We hope to see you again if we ever return to St. Lucia!

Do not hesitate to book

We had the pleasure and the experience of having Perry as our tour guide from H&A Tours(excellent company with an amazing member of staff).
We are a family of five so we had our own personal experience with Perry. It was an enjoyable experience driving around the beautiful scenery and landmarks along the way to the mud bath, waterfall and the mineral bath and not forgetting the restaurant where you have your lunch after, outstanding food.
I would highly recommend booking this tour with H&A Tours it is worth the experience and the memories.

Lived up to our high expectations!

No need to write too much as I'll simply be repeating what others have said!

The locations visited are of course generic to every Guide and/or company. The difference is what the Guide does to make the experience exceptional. We chose H&A Tours because of the positive feedback here on TripAdvisor, and it was a very good decision!

Our Guide was Dwight, who was experienced, personable, and throughout our time together was clearly trying to ensure that our experience was positive and felt like he genuinely cared - which I think he did. This is no mean feat IMHO as he must have Guided this trip on many occassions before.

The trip is really a 'must do' when on the Island, but what makes the fifference is the Guide - whose attitude will be a reflection of the company they're a part of. Hence we have absolutely no hesitation recommending this company and Dwight personally :-)
