Near the departure gate for the return to Sharjah, one child of my family member noticed a buggy with "Primeclass" written on it and asked to ride in it. I asked the girl, whose name was Fatima Al Zahra, for permission to let her have a quick ride before boarding the plane. She agreed and started talking to the child, teaching her how to steer the buggy left and right. I want to thank Ms. Fatima for her lovely and unexpected gesture.

Amazing service. Was able to reserve ride on the same day. Driver was waiting at the airport for us and explained points of interest on the drive to our hotel.

Nasser was excellent driver.
He waited us at arrival hall of the airport with a sign board of our name
Driving safe and comfortable
Also, while he took us to our hotel, he told us about most attractive destinations in muscat and outside Muscat

Nasser picked me up from Muscat airport, I felt very safe as I had no connection, but Nasser made sure I could easily find him. We visited all the key places around Muscat at our own pace. Overall, a great experience!

Professional, reliable. Made reservation through booking.com. Driver tracked my delayed flight and was waiting for me. Even though I missed my driver on my exit, he immediately found me and identified himself. Great service, would use again.

We booked our airport transfers to and from hotel via booking.com Nasser our driver had texted me prior to arrival to introduce himself and he was at the airport upon our arrival. We had booked our return taxi transfer and was fortunate to get the same driver, Nasser, to drop us off. He arrived at the hotel to pick us up on time and our experience with him was excellent.
