The best trip! Amazing guide, amazing truffle hunter and the winery! It was very interesting. Didint expect that we would like everything as much. Totally worth going! You wont regret!

The best experience ever! Aldo had a lot of experience handling these dogs and everyone including Marco accommodating adding our son last minute and accommodating our pickup point was great! We highly recommend this company make sure to add it to your bucket list on your vacation to La Mora, Italy! 👍

We have just returned from an excellent guided truffle hunting tour. Alba, the dog was in top form and so was Martina, his owner. The cherry on the cake was the exquisite truffle -based lunch.

Marco was a great tour guide for our truffle hunt with Enzo and his very cute truffle-hunting dog Lysa. Although it was a dry sunny day, we were very appreciative of the rubber boots they provided to walk in the mud as we searched for the elusive truffle… we found 3. Our only disappointment was not having a taste or sample afterwards of a freshly found truffle, but that could be because of the time of year (May). Next was our Borolo wine tasting in a fabulous boutique winery that we definitely would not have found on our own. Highly recommended this tour if you’re in the area!

Very nice experience. Perfect organisation. Kind, knowledgeable and friendly truffle hunter. it was great to see the dog Bill in action searching for truffles. Recommended experience!

Our guide Sander as well as the other guide, hunter & and puppy were amazing. It couldn’t have been a more perfect experience. Highly recommend to everyone!!

Esperienza indimenticabile. La nostra guida Gabriele è stato molto gentile oltre che preparatissimo a rispondere ad ogni nostra curiosità sulle bellezze delle langhe e sui suoi prodotti. Ci ha prelevato dal nostro hotel per accompagnarci nell'affascinante ricerca del tartufo nei boschi di alba accompagnati dall'esperto tartufaio Aldo e dalla sua piccola cagnolina di 4 anni. La ricerca è simulata (il tartufaio nasconde preventivamente dei tartufi neri) ma capita spesso, come è accaduto a noi, di trovare dei tartufi naturali. Come concordato con l'agenzia, il tartufaio ci ha fornito degli stivali di gomma. Esperienza indimenticabile. Dopo la ricerca del tartufo Gabriele ci ha condotto sulla collina di barolo, dove il gentilissimo proprietario della Cantina Gagliardo ci ha guidato nella visita della cantina, dalla vigna alle botti e ci ha raccontato come nascono i famosi vini della zona in particolare il re Barolo. In cantina ci era stata riservata una sala dove il proprietario ci ha fatto degustare e comparare 3 etichette di vini. Un'esperienza difficile da raccontare e che si deve assolutamente provare se si sosta nella zona delle langhe.

Tour très intéressant, belle promenade dans le Barolo, visite d’un joli domaine viticole familial, super chasse aux truffes! Marco est un excellent guide avec un très bon niveau d’anglais. La dégustation était bien, mais ils auraient pu être moins chiche sur le nombre de vins à déguster (assez bêtement limités à cinq vins), notamment si on considère le prix de cette visite!
Maintenant, la présentation promet un « tour privé » pour notre groupe seulement. Dans les faits, on s’est retrouvé pour les 2 activités avec un groupe de touristes russes (4 personnes).
Ce qui me fait revenir sur le prix de la prestation que je juge très (trop!) élevée. A environ EUR 150.- par personne, c’est très cher, surtout si la privatisation de l’activité n’est pas assurée. L’agence travaille beaucoup avec des touristes américains, et semble pratiquer des prix « à l’américaine ». Ce qui n’enlève rien à la qualité de la prestation!

Great experience. The guide, the dog, and the hunter found truffles. The terrain was muddy and inclined so be prepared but walkable without difficulty. Definitely do this.
