Father and daughter talk enthusiastically and passionately about how they make olive oil past and present. We were allowed to taste and ended the activity with a delicious lunch. Worth going here sometime. And of course also buy some bottles of olive oil.

My family has always purchased Fratoni oil, I highly recommend it, in particular the Ascoli Tenere olive oil.

It was a wonderful experience. We arrived 15 minutes early but for some reason, Tripadvisor had not notified them. Apparently this was not the first time this happened to them Nonetheless, they quickly improvised and gave us a full tasting explaining the diferent qualities of oil and how it was made. He also provided us with food samplings as well as a little wine to go. At the end he gave us a litlle certificate to say we completed our oil tasting course. The owner was very friendly and we bought some of his products. We would visit him again. We highly recommend this tour.

The Fratoni family gives you a very warm welcome. The tasting is interesting and exciting. Mrs. Fratoni conjured up the most amazing treats for us with great olive oil!

The experience is well worth the price.
It took place in a family owned olive oil mill who were very welcoming. We got a tour of the facility which has both the machinery for the traditional & modernized production of olive oil, which was fascinating to learn about. The olive oil tasting itself was fun as we learnt how to pick out and recognize differences between the various olive oils. Then my friends and I were pleasantly surprised when platters of food came out at the end for us to enjoy.
Overall excellent experience, a highlight of our holiday!

Avevamo prenotato un po’ per curiosità e siamo rimasti soddisfatti! La visita inizia con il titolare Domenico con spiegazioni sull’azienda e di vicende storiche del territorio e prosegue con una vera e propria degustazione di olio con il figlio Valentino. Il tutto si conclude con abbondanti cicchetti locali preparati dalla moglie! Bella esperienza, la consigliamo!

Abbiamo assaggiato le olive ascolane di produzione propria più tutti gli antipasti, compreso di formaggi, affettati e per finire un buon piatto di tagliolini con funghi portcini e pancetta, tutto eccellente. Preso anche l'olio ma i prezzi ci son sembrati un po' alti, unica nota da fare. Continuate così 😉

Diamo 5 stelle, perché di più non è possibile.
Un'esperienza davvero interessante con un cicerone di tutto rispetto, il sig. DOMENICO titolare del frantoio che, arrivato alla terza generazione, porta avanti con tutta la passione di famiglia.
Un tour guidato che inizia dalla storia dell'azienda con nozioni di storia su Ascoli Piceno, finendo con un' ottima degustazione di tutti i tipi di olio da loro prodotti e assaggi di prodotti locali (che più che assaggi un vero e proprio pranzo) realizzati dalla moglie. Domenico, super disponibile nel rispondere a tutte le nostre domande e curiosità e anche di più. Voto 10
