- SchloshZ0 条分享Siena, San Gimignano的充实旅行在佛罗伦萨旅行的日子里我们报名参加了CiaoFlorence组织的Siena, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni与品酒的一日游。一天四个地方的确很紧张，不像我们平常自由行的悠闲，但是旅行安排的紧凑使得效率也很高。48人一团，我们四个人是唯一来自亚洲的旅客，但和来自五湖四海的游客也聊的很开心，这的确是一个认识朋友、欣赏风景、学习艺术文化的好机会。导游Antonio非常耐心，为我们详细介绍每一个景点。在Siena还为我们提供导游讲解器，方便了解教堂内部作品信息。 唯一美中不足的就是在报名联络方式的选择上有些不方便，为了剩下国际漫游费，我选择用Whatsapp与他们联系，但是并没有及时得到回复，即便信息都显示“已阅”；后来只能打电话向他们报名，通话质量不清晰使得我的名字也被听错，报名 voucher也没有发到我的邮箱内（估计也是听错了），还好出发当天比较顺利，不用过于担心。撰写日期：2017年4月21日

The title of their tour is misleading. Nowhere in their description did they state that you can only be picked up in Montecatini Terme if it reached a certain minimum number of customers. They did not want to pick me up because they said I was the only one who booked in Montecatini Terme, and suggested I go to their pickup in Florence instead! I suggest that they put the disclaimer and have the customer contact them first before confirming payment. Or better yet, DON'T put the tour under Montecatini Terme. As it is, not only do I have the hassle of finding a last-minute replacement tour, even if I get a refund I am already penalized with the foreign exchange differential. I recommend to avoid this tour company when booking from Montecatini Terme.

This tour was a full day with transportation from la Spezia to Cinqueterre. Lisa go above and beyond to help us and lead during the tour. It was an excellent tour leader. Our driver Antonio was really good too. It was another beauty day at the wonderful Italy town.

Cinque Terre is a wonderful trip. You can expend a day in the five towns. Easy to go from Montecatini by train to La Spezia where you can a pass for transportation and the entrance to the National Park.

Hello-Our trip was with Reko the driver and Frederica to cinque terre and 4 other towns all by train -Lunch was included -I just wanted to say how AMAZING our tour guide Frederica was and her driver Reko! He drove superbly on those crazy narrow roads way up to Cinque terre with great ease! My friend and I didn’t get off where we were to meet for lunch and Frederica guided us back -She was so cool about us making a mistake! She was the best! This company is very fortunate to have a guide who loves her job and it shows!

Regrettably, on the bus journey from Florence to La Spezia, our bus encountered a severe accident on the highway, necessitating a prolonged stop in traffic. Regrettably, there were no alternative routes or directional changes possible due to the one-way nature of the motorway. We patiently waited for the traffic to resume, a process that consumed a significant amount of time. By the time we were able to resume the journey, it was too late to proceed with the planned tour, prompting us to return to Florence. This compelled us to make the challenging decision to redirect the bus to Florence and cancel the ongoing tour.
You opted for a full refund, which we promptly processed. If you have not yet observed the refund on your account, kindly contact us via email, and we will conduct a thorough investigation into this matter for you.

Cinque terre we dreamed of. It was magnificent but the support from the guides was purely logistical! Giving us the train times to get us from one point to another… that was all!

It was a long day but we saw 4 of the 5 Cinque Terre towns! So beautiful and each charming in its own way. Loved taking the train (with locals!) and seeing the sights. Roberto kept us organized and I was impressed with the level of communication prior to the day.

The company packed 70 people onto the bus. I felt like I was being herded! Even though the towns are interesting the tour leaders never said a word about them. It was so crowded that we never really got to enjoy them. Even though we had been looking forward to going I wish I had done it on my own so that we could have spent more time in each town.

The Cinque Terre tour is one of our bestsellers and it offers the chance to visit 4 out of 5 lands and enjoy the magnificent landscape other than the opportunity to get on a mini cruise on the crystalline sea. That’s why lots of tourists are happy to join this tour with us so it goes without saying that there are lots of participants. We offer this tour as private or semi-private at a higher price, perhaps, it would have been the best option for you.
We have an experienced staff of tour leaders that explains a lot about the history and curiosity of the visited places. We are sorry to read that you felt kind of neglected, we will forward your comment to the tour leader in charge so that he can improve the service.
We hope you will choose us again in the future, maybe in a small group tour.
