La gentilezza e la disponibilità sono caratteristiche che non mancano a questo servizio.
Siamo stati accolti benissimo con simpatia e cordialità. Massima serietà nel proporre i vari percorsi da intraprendere, mostrando le opportunità in base al livello personale performativo. Inoltre viene spiegato in maniera chiara e completa le funzionalità delle bike!

Absolutely loved this tour!! My daughter and I did many tours during our 11 days in Italy, and this was one of our favorites!! We had never ridden an e-bike before, but it was really very simple. When you get to the bike shop, they go over all the information and input a map into your phone of the route to the two wineries where you have reservations for tastings. We were offered a backpack, which we later used when we purchased two bottles of dessert wine and an olive oil at the second vineyard. Then you are on your own to stop whenever you’d like to take photos along the way.
In the beginning- once you are out of the streets of town- you are on a decently trafficked road with cars, but soon you turn off to a smaller road and car traffic becomes much more sparse. The first winery we visited was just a tasting, but the second winery was a family run business and we got a tour of the vineyard area, and were shown where they store the wine in oak barrels and were given a lot of information about the overall process.
The e-bike “boost” mode is perfect for the hills, and the battery life is great so you don’t have to worry about conserving the power. Out of 5 full bars when we started, it had only dropped down one bar during the roughly 14-15 miles we traveled and we were fairly liberal with popping it into the higher mode anytime we came upon a hill. We got a wonderful view of the countryside at our own leisure, and a lot of great pictures of Montepulciano from a distance.
All in all I would highly recommend this tour and Urban Bikery!

Awesome experience!! The owners were super nice and helpful.
We rented the bikes and the map, and he shared a route with us that shows you the best scenery in Tuscany. 100% recommend it!

I recently had a wonderful experience at a bike rental shop in Montepulciano. The staff provided friendly and efficient service, making the rental process a breeze. The bicycles were in excellent condition and well maintained, ensuring a smooth ride throughout. The team also offered great suggestions on scenic roads to explore, complete with relevant maps, which made our biking adventure even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this shop to anyone visiting Montepulciano and looking for a fantastic biking experience.

We rented e bikes here - the gentleman who helped us was so helpful and kind and informative. He gave us all the inside scoops and some really great recommendations for stops. We had a really fun day ebiking around towns in the area. Would highly recommend. Also - everything is kept up well, very clean, etc. They give you backpacks, helmets, contact info for any issues or questions while en route - anything you need.

Absolut zu empfehlen! Mit dem Ebike gehts los in Monepulciano- dann kurz über eine normale Straße und dann querbeet an Weinhängen und Olivenbaumplantagen vorbei. Zwischendrin zwei Weinverkostungen, die jeweils auch ganz interessant waren- Essen kann man optional zwischendurch auch- dann wieder zurück aufs bike und weiter. Man wird ein bisschen schmutzig und staubig, das Fahren ist jedoch dank dem kleinen Motor vor allem an den steilen Auffahrten kein Problem. Man fährt ohne Tourguide- nur mit google Maps und einer Tour, die voreingestellt wird. Man kann auch auf eine App zugreifen, um die einzelnen Stationen nachzugucken. Hat sehr Spaß gemacht, obwohl natürlich nicht günstig.

Beautiful views of the countryside, very friendly staff, fun destinations. Gravel roads were a little tricky downhill.

We had a fantastic day out on the electric bikes all around Montepulciano. Piergiorgio was so helpful and friendly and explains the route to follow, which is absolutely gorgeous with amazing scenic views. The two wineries we visited were great and we could keep in touch with the Urban Bikery team via WhatsApp the whole time. The bikes were also in great condition and very easy to ride, even for beginners.

This place is amazing. The owner was super helpful and their e-bikes work really well on the trails. It’s a great way to see the country side and stop and some great view points and restaurants!
