Increible! A menos de 24hrs nos cancelaron la excursión, estando ya paga y debitada de mi tarjeta de credito! Aduciendo que tenían que cancelar el viaje porque los otros tripulantes habían cancelado y no les rendía la excursión por el costo del combustible
Muy poco profesional!! teniendo en cuenta que si se manejan con ese grado de improvisación , al menos hubieran tenido el decoro de no ingresar el pago de la tarjeta antes del viaje
Por lo pronto dejo de CONFIAR en las recomendaciones de TRIPADVISOR!!!

We had an amazing day. Elizabeth and Pietro were the best captain and first mate! They were incredibly nice, informed us about all the spots that we went to, and we had free time at Capri to eat lunch and go swimming at the beach. They provided snacks, drinks, floaters & masks to see fish when you went swimming. We had an amazing day I highly recommend this boat day. 10/10

Family boat excursion and lunch around Capri.
Elizabeth and Pietro were our tour guide and skipper. They were exceptional. Very pleasant, talked with everyone and made the boat ride very smooth. There were 8 of us and all had a terrific time. Although we thought the price was a little high we would use them again.

Great day trip!

Enjoyed our day trip tour to Capri! Pietro drove us to a couple of nice coves en route on the 1hr boat ride to Capri. Lots of opportunities for photos. We were given 2-3 hrs in Capri for free time. You need to take a Taxi (18 euro) or Bus (2.5 euro pp) to the main town area from the boat port. Overall great trip, they were very friendly and pointed out different areas during the boat ride. Offered time to swim but unfortunately the sea was full of jellyfish. Served snacks, prosecco, and likoncello on the way back. I was able to book easily last minute with a phone call and the boat leaves right beside the Positano beach area. Highly recommend!

Cancelled one hour before

Was cancelled on by Pietro one hour before we were to leave the dock. This was for our honeymoon, I booked this far in advance. His only explanation was “weather is poor” however it is sunny today and EVERY OTHER SHIP IS OPERATING IN THE PORT. Every other private charter was booked. I talked to several other companies today, they said there was no issue with the weather conditions. He most likely simply received a better offer for his charter even though I prepaid for the experience already in FULL. I suggest not taking the risk with pietro and booking with one of the other more reliable private charters. From the other reviews, it appears I am not the only person this has happened too.

Una giornata fantastica

Siamo stati accolti da due ragazzi Federica e Pietro, si sono dimostrati subito gentilissimi. Il tour è stato molto bello, abbiamo fatto il giro della costa,il bagno a largo e poi 3 ore libere a Capri. Ci hanno saputo consigliare posti e si sono resi disponibili per qualsiasi cosa. Consiglio vivamente questo tour.

La ragazza con cui abbiamo parlato al telefono ci ha detto di aspettare sul molo davanti al bar orizzonte e attendere una telefonata da parte di Emanuela, telefonata che non è mai arrivata e nessuno si è preoccupato di imbarcarci nonostante o chiamarci, salvo poi dirci che la barca era ormai partita e per noi la giornata irrimediabilmente rovinata, complimenti alla serietà e organizzazione, scandalosi.
PS: prenotazione effettuata per passare il giorno dell'anniversario di fidanzamento insieme alla mia fidanzata.Dovevamo prendere meglio in considerazione le recensioni negative.
