Wow!! This was a very memorable experience. Emily and momma Angela were the sweetest. This was the highlight of our Anniversary trip. The food was delicious and it felt very personal because we were in a small group of four. They also grow most of the ingredients in their garden. Their home-made limoncello was the best I had in Italy. Thank you Emily for this experience we will never forget.

For our group this was the highlight of the trip. Emily and her family are amazing (as are the meals they produce!). We were warmly welcomed into the family home and had a very fun time learning how to make pasta from scratch.
This is a very special and intimate experience, unique and beautiful. Worth every penny and then some!

We cannot recommend this experience enough. Emily and her entire family are incredible - they helped us coordinate travel to and from their location (about a 20 minute bus ride from Positano center), they welcomed us into their home (which has a beautiful view over the coast), shared their story while treating us to their traditions, and the food is incredible. Please support this amazing family!

Emily is an amazing teacher, cook, and hostess! She and her family opened their home to us for an incredible evening of food, traditions, and joy. We could not have asked for a more perfect experience on our honeymoon. Do this! No trip to the Amalfi Coast is complete without it!

What a great experience. You could feel the love for cooking radiate with the stories of family meals in an Italian home. It was a blast getting to learn how to make pasta and tiramisu not to mention how delicious everything was as we got to eat our work at the end. Highly recommended!!!

It was a great experience and the pasta we made was outstanding. We made spaghetti with tomatoes and a lemon pasta dish. Made Tiramasu too. Small and intimate setting in the host (Emily's) home. Her mom and dad assisted. Emily shared her grandmother's recipes which had been handed down many generations. Nothing but fresh and local ingredients were used by her grandmother. Very touching story in that Emily was 14 when her grandmother passed almost 26 years ago. Emily was recalling specific times when she was in the kitchen with her grandmother learning how to cook. Highly recommend this cooking class. They served local red wine that was great as well. We brought friends that were lukewarm about taking a cooking class. The husband doesn't step foot in the kitchen. They both enjoyed the class as much as my wife and I.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this cooking class with Emily. I had heard that some of the other cooking classes in Positano were too touristy and big, this was the exact opposite. It’s tucked away at Emily’s home in Positano overlooking the mountains and her garden. Her and her family’s passion for cooking is inspiring, she told us some amazing stories of how some of her family recipes have gotten passed down over the years. There was only 4 total people in the cooking class making it intimate and easy to learn first hand. We made two types of spaghetti along with a delicious appetizer from her garden and homemade dessert. The meal was delicious and we loved getting to support a truly local business. Absolutely add to your list when visiting! Grazie, Emily!

What a wonderful experience! Emily and her family were so wonderful in teaching us the ins and outs of their family recipes for gnocchi and spaghetti, as well as the most delicious tiramisu I've ever had. The class is set in their home and they really take the time to immerse you in the experience, and then you get to enjoy the food you cooked with some delicious wine and limoncello made by Emily's father.
I would do this again and again -- it was one of the best things we did on our honeymoon. When we got back, my husband ordered every tool they used to make the pasta so he can recreate the dishes asap. DO IT!

My husband and I had an incredible time with Emily and her family! The entire experience was by far the highlight of our trip in Positano. Being able to learn and cook family recipes was so much fun. The moment you arrive you are welcomed into their home. We had an amazing time. Could not recommend this experience enough! Emily was so helpful. Thank you so much for having us!
