I inform the public... and
contact the General Management of EUROPCAR France.
It is not because there is a small 15 cm mark of white pavement paint on the left rear tire of the car (which I was obliged to rent from you because the one I had reserved for €219, 8 days earlier, was not free.) that Europcar authorizes itself to impose +87 € administrative costs on me, so, instead of paying 299€ you bill me 386€..
What was the point of paying you all ALL-RISK INSURANCE without excess and all supplements if you do not respect your commitments...?
On May 31, 24 reservation 1175722823, instead of a Toyota, we had to take 1 Chinese Link&co hybrid and already at the start we were told "it's full".. the fuel gauge showed a range of 390km... We were deceived because when we returned the car on June 4th we refueled and it showed 520km... 1st cheat... almost a €20 difference.
On June 4 at 12:30 p.m. the gentleman who came to check the condition of the car told us since you have all ALL RISK insurance without excess etc. everything is fine
He made me sign an electronic tablet such as an ipad with my finger, where nothing was readable... but I noticed this additional amount of €87 on the invoice received.
This practice is shameful and shameful... Europcar, I will never rent a vehicle from EUROPCAR again.
PS: Mr. the General Director of Europcar, you should also know that the two young ladies (A & N) with whom I asked by telephone and by e-mail did not want to know anything and dismissed me quite sharply if this is aggressively.. it is not honorable to speak to an 81 year old customer in this manner.

Excellent service : de la prise de rendez-vous à la prestation, le suivi est impeccable. Notre chauffeur était d’une grande gentillesse. Le véhicule très confortable et très propre; même qq friandises au programme !

Simple and so convenient! I booked our transfer about a month in advance. When we landed our driver met us with a sign with our name on it. Our flight was delayed by about 2 hours...and the driver didn't miss a beat. He was there right on time, even with the delay factored in. Van was nice and the ride was a breeze. Will definitely be booking again and would recommend to a friend!

Nous sommes une production cinéma et lorsque nous avons besoin d'avoir certains techniciens ou comédiens important pour un PAT respecté. Nous faisons le choix de chauffeurs Ride Services qui connaissent mieux la route et les contraintes des gares et aéroport que les régisseurs qui ne sont pas des spécialistes de l'anticipation des encombres (Grèves ou circulation) en Ile de France.
Nos collaborateurs ne se perdent pas à la gare ou à l'Aéroport car le chauffeur vient les chercher en sortie d'avion / train avec une pancarte à leur nom. Si l'avion/train prend du retard, le chauffeur est au courant, pas besoin de le prévenir et surtout quand l'avion est en avance (ça n'arrive jamais avec le train) le chauffeur est au courant et nous fait gagner des précieuses minutes.
Merci encore Ride Services, nous avons voulu vous remercier publiquement pour valoriser votre travail.
