I bought a PATRIVIA solo pass: 99 euros and impossible to use
It's really amazing, no information on the site, we can't leave a message, it would be the least of things to inform buyers that the site is closed, the application inoperative, I would stop searching in the vacuum
It's starting to look like a scam,
I'm so disappointed

As you already read, the site is Locked... And no possibility to book. What's wrong?
By doing some research, Patrivia would have been in recovery ( cessation of payment ) in 2023, then in liquidation recently.
I can't confirm it, but this is the lead seen on the net.
To flee for potential buyers, if that proves right.
And for the holders of these passes, what are the remedies?

Shame.
Unable to create an account: An unknown error occurred...
Unable to search for places included on the site
Could not send an email to support: address does not exist.
Unable to use the contact function on the site: an error occurred...
The duo pass worth 179€ will have been useless.
Anyway by researching what is included around our cottage: nothing less than an hour drive and not the most interesting. Around we are in a region with many castles to visit... But not Patrivia's partners.

I did not put a "Horrible" rating because luckily I was able to pay back my Passes over a few periods. But the rest of the time, I hit a wall:
- tickets out of stock or many places that end up not delivering tickets on Patrivia
- a site under maintenance without warning for months and for an indefinite period
- no telephone number to contact them and report malfunctions
- replies from Patrivia by e-mails more and more evasive to end up no longer answering at all
- (...)
-and the pompom, a site that today no longer works at all
Too bad, the idea was nice, in favor of culture and enhancement of heritage. It would be nice if a serious team could take over very quickly.

Purchase made in December and since disappointments. At first the majority of sites were exhausted. Then for several months the pass no longer worked their website was being restored. Since the change it is even less easy to use. And for at least a month impossible to make a Reservation without an explanation. Two emails sent and no return. Big disappointment. I will not renew this purchase which is purely theft.

I bought this pass in June 2023. At first it worked pretty much, it was not easy to make a reservation because there were no tickets for some sites.
Over the course of the months, the number of sites where tickets were available decreased.
In March 2024, the site was down for more than a month and then restarted slowly. As compensation, the subscriptions had to be extended by one month.
Since the reactivation of the site, it has been very difficult, if not impossible, to obtain tickets. There was no subscription extension as promised and they no longer respond to emails.
You can recommend this pass to those you don't like.

According to some castles for which we had to pay entry because 0 places were available to reserve on the heritage pass website, the company owes them a lot of money, hence the suspension of partnership with them

I started by looking at the offers then bought a PASS Duo, we discovered when ordering that in more than half of the cases there were supposedly problems with ticket stock, unacceptable for a travel agency, result we pay full price where we want to go or we go to unwanted places

Terrible. The site highlights attractive sites but when you want to book, it's another story. I've been trying to book the Château de Chantilly and the Rodin Museum for 6 months, the answer is always an error, ticket stock is exhausted 😩. Above all, it is the site which is exhausted/exhausting and becomes an empty envelope. What a pity !
