Good but limited

The trip to the Blue Hole was great, but that was it. The driver asked if we wanted to do one of several other activities, but they cost extra. We weren't looking to spend more, so we went back to the ship.

Amazing way to experience Jamaica

Overall very fun activity. We were picked up from our cruise port and greeted with warmth. From the drive to and from the blue hole we were explained the history of Jamaica and it’s people. The actual swimming and experience of the blue hole was phenomenal. Some of the clearest, purest and most refreshing waters we have ever swam in.

BEST Tour/Transportation Company!

We were on the North Coast of Jamaica for the better part of 10 days and Marvyn's Paradise Tours handled all of our commuting and tours exceptionally well. Our party was between 6 and 10 persons on any given day. During our stay, our drivers included Mr. T and Sean, primarily. Everyone was very personable and professional. They were punctual each and every time! That's almost unheard of but I'm pleased to say they were able to pull it off.

Our excursions included Blue Hole, Portland, Dunn's River and a couple others. We felt safe leaving all of our personal items in the vehicles. We were escorted to the entrance and each gentleman waited until our entire group was inside our respective locations. They felt like family, honestly.

I highly recommend Marvyn's Paradise Tours. You will not regret it.
See you next year Marvyn and crew!

Marvyns is the way to go in Ocho Rios

Most are scared to not book an excursion through their cruise line. We are not those people. We booked Marvyn's Paradise Tours for a full day in Ocho Rios. Blue Hole plus sight seeing. Whatever we requested we got to do. Blue Hole is amazing. Much better than Dunns River. Much less expensive than booking through Carnival plus we had a private tour guide, Dainton (which was awesome!!!!), for the 3 of us. HIGHLY recommend and even received a call from Maryvn after we were picked up from port. Look them up on Facebook, you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend. THANK YOU Marvyn and Dainton for a wonderful day in Jamaica. One Love!!!!

Dunns River and Blue Hole - fantastic
Dalton was our driver. He picked us up right on time from our hotel, Jamaica Inn. We visited Dunns River Falls first thing. We had a great climb up the falls and it was not too busy as we were there first thing is the morning, which was great. We then went to the blue hole which was another great experience. The entire ride Dalton gave us information and history about Jamaica. He was a fantastic driver. We ended the tour eating Jerk Chicken which was delicious. Great tour, great driver. Two thumbs up would definitely recommend!

Had an amazing experience with Kenneth as a tour guide. Blue Hole is included with the package and you can leave your stuff you do not want to take with you while at the swimming hole. Kenneth made me feel safe with his driving and sightseeing. Love this tour and 2nd time doing this in the area.

Awesome time and great tour guide

Kenneth was an awesome tour guide. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend him as your tour guide. This is my wife's 2nd time with Marvin's tour. She loved them both. Price includes admission into the Blue Hole. I felt safe the whole time with Kenneth. Would recommend doing this, even picked us up from Runaway Bay for a little extra. So don't be afraid to ask.

excelente trato. , el blue hole hermoso y los.guias muy amables. estan todos muy pendientes del tip en general. para evitar situaciones incomodas sugiero acordarlo antes de comenzar la excursion. no recomiendo andar por ocho rios sin excursion contratada con agencias conocidas.

Experience the Very Best of Ochos Rios- Be Prepared for Fun!

We HIGHLY recommend taking your family or group on a tour with Marvyn's Paradise Tours. While we found this tour online based on others' experiences, we booked with Marvyn the day prior to our arrival. They met us at the port at the scheduled time. We had a wonderful day with our tour guide Marton. We had a private van for our family of four and went directly to the the Blue hole after seeing a few sites on the way. We beat the traffic and shared the waterfalls and "Blue Hole" with no more than 50 people. Our water guide was fun and made sure went inside the caves to take photos, we jumped off the cliffs multiple times and swung on a giant rope into the Blue Hole. After the falls, we headed to a private beach for swimming, beverages and lunch. It was great fun. Next, we headed to an overwatch view of Ocho Rios for photos. The views were amazing. He took us all over town teaching us about the plants and fruits that grow there. After our drive, we headed to a shopping area where we could negotiate good prices on rum, t-shirts and coffee. We arrived back at the ship around 2:30pm so our tour lasted 6 hours. We cannot thank Marton Thomas enough for making our trip special. He made us laugh the entire trip, played Bob Marley and made our cruise stop memorable. If you are going to Jamaica, please contact Marvyn and his team with confidence. Our price on the ship would have been easily double the price and we would be packed on a bus in a crowd; plus we would not have been able to go to the other places we experienced. See you next time Marvyn and Marton. Thank you.
