Went in the holidays with kids and friends. It was a beautiful cruise and host was funny lol ot did start raining towards the end but we were inside the boat so it didn't bother us. More of an adult activity. Kids these days find sitting boring. Nice view on the way

Feel a bit mean writing this ... but we weren't impressed with this trip at all. The boat is comfortable and the windows give unrestricted views. The views? Not sure what we were expecting but it was mostly nothing remarkable and we had no choice but to listen to the recorded commentary played for way too long - some of it, granted, was amusing but after a while it started to get a little annoying. The boat made it's way up the canal and then moored up for about 15 minutes to allow other craft through the open swing bridge. Once through the swing bridge, it turned round and headed back. We couldn't wait to get off. We wish we had chosen to talk a walk along the canal bank instead.

Went on the 1 hour cruise and found it so relaxing. Just sat looking out the window for the whole time. Would definitely do it again

Although it rained right through the trip the skipper made sure we had a good laugh with his humour. Had a lovely cup of tea and a biscuit to top it.

Very pleasant and relaxing experience and laughed out loud at skipper’s jokes 🤣. Leeds Liverpool canal including swing bridge.

The 1 hour cruise was ok, but due to the lack of roof windows, we could only see what was at water level, ie, the grass banks or base of trees.
The commentary was very good, full of historic and hysteric notes. The commentary was worth the price on its own! I never did find the seat belts !!

It was all very slick, we just had to collect a boarding card from the office. I asked if they allowed dogs on the trip, which they did for the one hour cruise. The recorded commentary from Dave Spikey was very amusing. All in all, an enjoyable afternoon.

Tour guide was funny and very knowledgeable. Lovely way to spend an hour but be sure to book in advance as very popular

Hi, I am traveling alone to Skipton for a few days and would like to book this cruise. There appeared to be availability for two adults on Wednesday 26th August but it would not let me book for 1 adult. Is it not possible just to book one ticket? I will be alone and do not want to pay for two tickets, however, I would love to be able to go on the tour.

Hi yes dogs allowed and prices are as follows;
Adult: £8.00
Seniors (65+): £7.50
They mentioned donation for a dog but said we didn’t need to.
Enjoy it’s great!!
