The experience in coastering was undoubtedly spectacular! Me and my girlfriend loved the experience. From beginning to end with obstacles and difficulties that only made us feel what it really is to overcome fear! We had a Guide, Henrique super attentive and fun. We will undoubtedly repeat this great adventure, and also come back to do the rest of the activities with great emotion! Ps: Thank you for the delicious tavam flour candy!!

We chose to do our coasteering baptism with Vertente Natural, as they are the great pioneers of this mode in Portugal! Result? Perfect! An activity that combines various elements of adventure and challenges the body and mind. All we have to do is thank the entire staff, from start to finish, especially Henrique. Patient, generous, experienced and, above all, gives us the greatest possible security. Our thank you very much and see you soon.

The Coasteering adventure was incredible. We absolutely got the full experience: swimming, climbing, jumping of rocks. It was tiring but 100% worth it. Probably one of the most memorable things we did in Portugal. Our guide Solage was the best!

Fantastic experience to do and think after. Wonderful landscapes and path full of surprises.
The jumps for crystal clear water are the best.

This was our first experience in coasteering and certainly not the last! We all loved this activity in our Portugal travel highlights. I recommend to all outdoor lovers, adventurous and who like to excel. The landscape is of course beautiful.

Amazing days activity, lovely guides who were experienced and professional with the rout and amazing at helping everyone face their fears and to enjoy the experience. The support boat aswell was an amazing help in case anyone needed it

Absolutely amazing trip. Beautiful location, amazing jumps. The guides were so wonderful with our large mixed-age family, taking care of everyone's needs and giving all a memorable experience.

Absolutely fantastic! The most amazing few hours. The scenery is spectacular and the experience incredible. We climbed and jumped five times, each one with its own challenge. Diogo was the perfect guide, charming, knowledgeable and thoughtful in creating the jumps at just the right level for us. An experience not to be missed. We can’t wait until next year!
