What a lovely way to learn about traditional Mexican cuisine and culture! Alejandra and crew were so warm and friendly. We felt right at home. We truly enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend the experience!

We enjoyed a fantastic day at the Mexico Lindo Cooking School! The food was delicious! The eco-garden was amazing, and the hands-on chopping and cooking was fun and informative. They are very sensitive and resourceful regarding food allergies/dietary restrictions. Highly recommend you include this in your trip to Cancun, Playa del Carmen or Puerto Morelos. It's a very special experience.

What an amazing experience. My wife and I had a blast spending the day here and learning to cook. Highly recommend this cooking tour. Staff was friendly and very interactive.

Alejandra was such an entertaining and skillful chef and cooking instructor. We were hands on and learned Yucatán recipes and techniques…the food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this experience. She has “set the bar” for me to find another cooking class to compare.

6 different dishes plus salas. All are wonderful. The place is a little hard to find. It is very beautiful place with natural herbal garden.

This class was awesome! The chef and the staff treated us first class. The food was made by the class, with heavy instruction. The tamales were amazing and all the food was delicious. I would do it again and try one of their personal/half day classes.

Amazing experience. Our chef was very knowledgeable and passionate about cooking. I learned several everyday techniques to use in my own kitchen. The food was absolutely wonderful- it was great to taste the fruits of our labor! I would highly recommend!

We were fortunate to book this excursion on a rainy day in paradise. It was outstanding. The chef was knowledgeable and the food we prepared was absolutely delicious! The setting back in the lush greenery made it a really unique destination to enjoy. I would highly recommend this if you want to learn how to prepare some authentic Mayan recipes that you can recreate at home.

I don't normally write reviews but I had to for our visit at Mexico Lindo. We worked with Chef Claudia and Sr. Silver and Sra. Paula. It was my husband and I with them for the day and I have only amazing things to say about our time. The food we had the honor of preparing in their beautiful kitchen was authentic and delicious, the ingredients fresh. We learned so much from Claudia about traditional cooking, the history of the cuisine in the region, the influence of Spain and the blending of cultures to create what today are traditional dishes. Claudia was warm and funny, made us feel welcome and comfortable from the start and the conversation flowed easily all day. We felt like we were at home with family by the end of the day. If you want a unique and personal cultural experience that takes you out of traditional tourist spots, I can't recommend this enough. We will be returning!

Chef Alejandra provided an amazing experience for our group. Her knowledge and passion for cooking were inspiring. My husband and I both cook a lot but we learned so much and will definitely be trying to recreate these recipes at home. I highly recommend!
