We did this tour last week and the guides were extremely helpful and professional, which added to the enjoyment of the experience. However, I must mention that the journey from my hotel was quite lengthy, as we spent approximately an hour in the van both on the way to the park and on the return to the hotel. Despite this, I can say that every minute was worth it. I recommend to fellow travelers to be patient when booking this tour, as it’s located in the middle of the jungle and the journey from the entrance of Puerto Morelos to the park takes about 20 minutes, but the final destination makes the journey well worth it.

We recently went on the ATV, zipline, and cenote tour together, and it was such a memorable experience. The guides were knowledgeable and made sure everyone felt safe throughout the adventure. The cenote was refreshing, although the water was a bit chilly. We were impressed by the photographers in the park who captured some fantastic shots. We ended up purchasing the photo package, and it was definitely worth it. Additionally, there’s a souvenir shop on-site where we found some great deals on mementos. Overall, it was a fantastic day filled with fun activities and beautiful scenery!

An unforgettable day filled with adventure! Yesterday, my family and I experienced the ATV, zipline, and cenote tour, and it was truly amazing. The guides were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly fun, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to the experience. The cenote was absolutely breathtaking, offering a serene and picturesque setting. We were also pleasantly surprised by the delicious food served during the tour. I particularly enjoyed the chicken fajitas, which were simply delicious. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for an exciting and beautiful adventure in the area.

had a blast on the ATV, zipline, and cenote tour yesterday! The guides were hilarious, making jokes all the time. The cenote was AMAZING, perfect for Insta pics - my fam took like a million! Totally recommend this tour if you want something less touristy. It wasn’t crowded at all, so the guides were super attentive. Would totally do it again!

Had a blast on the adrenaline tour yesterday with hubby & kids!Guides were super fun, quad biking was insane, and the cenote was gorgeous! Didn't do the ziplines (not my thing), but fam loved 'em! Huge thanks to the whole team at Travel Cancun Experience for an awesome time!

I got scammed by this company. They never picked me up at the meeting point. The night before the trip they sent me a message that they don’t have the promised transportation and they wanted me to provide my own. Of course I didn’t have my own transportation so I requested a refund but they refunded only half the money. There was no fault of mine in this. They simply took my money and left me hanging

We attempted to communicate with you from the moment you made the reservation, but unfortunately, we did not receive any response. As your hotel was located far from the transportation area, we suggested a meeting point just 10 minutes away for your convenience. Despite waiting there for your arrival, you did not show up. When we managed to reach you by phone, you informed us that you couldn't make it. We have since refunded the majority of your payment, retaining only $7 to cover our transportation costs. Please understand that this was not a case of withholding your money but rather a necessary measure to cover our expenses. We value every customer's experience and take feedback seriously. However, it's important to clarify that we did not act inappropriately or engage in any dishonest practices. Nice and extreme, I consider it as a great option for families and friends, we tried 3 different jungle adrenaline parks in the last week and this was our favorite, the were professional all the time and the activities were great!

They have the most beautiful Cenote in the area, we have a blast with their activities specially with the Atv ride, our tour guide Jerry was super funny and helpful.
