Oscar was our fantastic guide for many activities for our small group, including turtle conservation and protection, visiting a coconut farm and an artisan cooperative, visiting a waterfall, and visiting the Mazunte area and the crocodile refuge in Little Ventanilla. He was fabulous! Professional, helpful, kind, flexible, patient, knowledgeable, and very good- natured. He went above and beyond to ensure a great experience for all. We learned so much from him and his colleagues. I would highly recommend him as a guide. The very best!!!!

If you are in this area of Mexico, contact Oscar and let him be your guide! He’s amazing - very passionate about what he does, where he lives and loves to share it with you. It will be time and money well spent! He has a great personality and is a ton of fun too. We thoroughly enjoy our time with Oscar; we spent several days with him doing various activities and I wouldn’t change a thing! Waterfall is a must see, beautiful drive up there as well!

Oscar Jimenez from Top Tours is amazing. We wish we would have known him to transfer us to and from the Airport. For our waterfalls tour, He picked us up at our hotel in his air-conditioned van and he explained so much about the area on our way to the Waterfalls. Such a memorable experience and the waterfalls were Amazing! We always felt safe and he took care of us like family. We also did a boat cruise with him with fishing , snorkeling, lunch and saw turtles, caught fish that the restaurant made into our delicious lunch. Jose our boat Captain was such a great navigator to the different Bays & Beaches. Do not hesitate to book with Oscar for any tours in Huatulco, he does it all! We only wish we would have booked our trip to include November 2nd as they truly celebrate Day of the Dead. Next time! Kathy & Dan from San Diego, CA date of visit October 18-November 1. Thank You for your Hospitality !

The tour started off by driving through a beautiful green and lusious forest! Oscar is very knowledgeable about this area, he pointed out special plants along the way, then we took a 2 min walk to the water falls and enjoyed beutiful scenery along with a mud mask facial! After the waterfalls Oscar took us to a wonderful restaurant located a few minutes away from the waterfall, where we experienced a wonderful traditional buffet style of oaxacan food! Overall this tour was wonderful! You get to experience beutiful scenery Along with waterfalls and great food! Highly recommend this tour with Oscar!

Amazing day with our family of 8 and Oscar as our guide. Learning the history of the area, visiting villages and experiencing the water falls was truly a highlight of our vacation. Oscar was more than professional and now consider him a part of our family trip. Highly recommend and will use again on our next trip to Huatulco.

My mom was visiting us in Huatulco and we wanted to show her something different from the beaches and chose a day in and around the Magic Waterfalls. Oscar was our first contact as he is not only local to Huatulco but he lives in the communities around the falls. His experiences and knowledge of the plants and animals of the area, along with being a part of the community you are exploring make him the TOP choice for experiencing the Waterfalls.
On the day of our activity, Oscar himself was booked (we booked last minute) but he ensured that we had an excellent guide to drive us and provide the full experience of the day. The driver was safe and courteous and FUN! He stopped or slowed down during the drive to point out different trees, animals or to tell us about some of the history and interesting facts; to pick some fresh fruit so we could try it (Mangoes, plums and star fruit are all in season right now).
Approximately 2/3 of the way to the falls, we stopped in a small village to learn about some of the ways in which plants are used for medicinal purposes and to sample some local made chocolate, mezcal, lotions and even honey!
The Waterfalls part of the day is spectacular. You hike a beautiful trail along the river side (not strenuous but has some large "Steps" and uneven ground to navigate) and stop at a couple of different spots along the way to cool down and try different activities like rope swings, water massages etc. At the end of the trail you reach "Magic Falls" where we were safely guided through the cave and to the different pools. When we had had our share of fun and relaxation, we made our way to another small town to have a delicious meal and learn about the coffee production in the area.
This is a spectacular day and with the road in to the falls mostly being paved, it is a much quicker trip in which allows for more time exploring the different falls and the communities.
Also, I feel it is important to note that another reason we chose Oscar for this activity is that we have witnessed how he 'Gives Back' to the community. He donates his services for fundraisers like the Huatulco Foodbanks Giving from the Heart fundraiser and also donated his time and supplies to helping get the recent forest fires under control.
Oscar is a wonderful person and an excellent tour operator! There is a reason he is Huatulco Top Tours!

Oscar truly made our trip to the cascadas mágicas unforgettable! From the delicious coffee, mouthwatering black mole, to the succulent pork in tamarindo sauce prepared by local culinary gurus, every moment was a delight. Can not forget the Mezcal tasting. But the hospitality of the locals was indeed the cherry on top!
Oscar's hospitality and attention to detail, like fetching mangoes from his own tree and safeguarding my fake lashes from the strong waterfall mist 😂 just shows his dedication to our comfort.
A big thank you to Oscar for an amazing experience!

I went on the waterfall tour as well as a boat tour with Oscar - we were a group of 5 moms & 9 kids & Oscar went about & beyond to make sure everyone had a wonderful time. A tour with Oscar is well worth it!

We had a fantastic day with Oscar on a tour to magic falls. He picked us up at our hotels front lobby and immediately started telling us all about the area. He took us to several beautiful spots along the falls where we were able to swim and jump in. He took lots of photos of us and sent them to us afterwards.
We always felt safe and taken care of, and always had a place to stow our belongings. Oscar was honest and trustworthy.
We would definitely recommend him to friends and return to take another tour on our next trip!

This was the absolute most wonderful tour I have ever taken. Oscar was fantastic. He spoke perfect English, explained so much of the culture. I had a small fear inside the cave, but he had so much understanding, and patience, and guidance. Put me to ease. The falls are so beautiful, the food at the end of the tour was terrific. I didn't bring my phone to take pictures, but Oscar was more than happy to take for us. Sent us them by end of evening! Highly Recommend!! Thank you Oscar! Hope to see you next year!!
