We are disappointed with the tour. The visit to the Chocolaterie was very rushed with no time allowed to get a coffee or hot chocolate with the couples that did waiting excessive amounts of time to get served. This made us late to the next winery. Was then rushed a bit at St Huberts however the wine tasting was very professional and very well done.
We then rushed again to our lunch break in Healesville where our time in the town was cut down by 15 minutes to catch up on time. Somehow this did not help as the tour guide noted on several occasions that we were still behind time.
We then proceeded to Medhurst and Fergusson wineries for our next tastings. Both wineries seemed to not very interested in our tour.
Medhurst made (16 pax) us stand at the counter in an area that would only comfortably fit 4 people when all of the tables and chairs were vacant and in fact there was no one in the winery at the time.
When we arrived at Fergusson we were shuffled into the cellar door and we waited for about 5 minutes with no service with the tour guide finally going to the staff to see “what was going on”. They sent a young lady to serve us who was disinterested and gave no commentary about the wines at all and made us feel like we were just an annoyance. Again we were all made to stand and pass out the wines to everyone in a muddled group.
I mentioned this to the tour guide who said that this is just they way they do it. This is quite amazing as we have been to most of the wine regions in Australia and have never been treated this way when going to a winery.
We were made to feel like we did not matter and second class as we were on a wine tour. Tour guide did not really seem too interested in remedying the issue and we just felt like she just wanted to get the tour done and go home.
We then rushed again to our lunch break in Healesville where our time in the town was cut down by 15 minutes to catch up on time. Somehow this did not help as the tour guide noted on several occasions that we were still behind time.
We then proceeded to Medhurst and Fergusson wineries for our next tastings. Both wineries seemed to not very interested in our tour.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, and I'm sorry the Yarra Valley tour did not meet your expectations.
Depending on the time of the year the wineries can get extremely busy, and unfortunately this seems to have interfered in your experience on that particular day.
We are constantly assessing our partnerships with wineries in the Yarra Valley, and we will certainly bring your feedback to their attention.
Our number one priority is to make our guests have the most enjoyable experience, and I sincerely apologize if you did not feel that way.
Furthermore, we will have a chat with the driver you had that day to make sure they adhere to our customer service standards, and provide them with extra training if needed.

Shane was an amazing guide and took us to 3 fantastic vinyards! Medhurst vinyard - our last stop was definitly my favourite. Our first stop was at a choclate factory where we got a tasting and even though I told myself not to buy anything I couldn't resist..
It got a bit stressful at times where we had to rush off to the next spot. Wouldn't have minded a longer stay at each location, with time to have a walk around or sit in the sun for a minute.
Overall a great tour and we got the luck of spendning it with a great group of people, that even contained a proposal! All the best to the happy two <3
Will absolutley recomend this tour!

Fantastic tour! We loved the St. Huberts Cellar door wine tasting and the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie the best. Shane was an excellent guide as well. If we were to change anything, we would have added a stop to try cheeses too (or had a cheese/charcuterie included with the wine tasting). Overall, it was well worth the money and I would recommend it!

We had a fabulous day with Maj (driver) on our Yarra Valley tour of Chocolaterie, Healesville and three vineyards. The places visited were all welcoming and had the most amazing scenery, food and wine. Also had a great mix of fun people on the bus to chat with.

Leon was our guide. He was absolutely lovely and so helpful. He got a whole group of strangers bonding over a fun game of bocce baall. I asked him about what wines we'd be tasting at each venue and he called ahead to make sure I could try a specific variety. In addition to wine, we tried chocolates, cider and fresh local produce. Despite the rainy day, me and my friends had such a fun time. Highly recommend for anyone with a mild to above-average interest in wine.

A great mix of wine tasting, delicious lunch and beautiful scenery. The last stop at Moet and Chandon was the icing ( bubbles) on the cake!. Our guide was very informative and friendly. Highly recommend this tour.

You can request hotel pick ups from the CBD or the two main pick up points are from the Immigration Museum and St Paul's Cathedral corner Swanston Street and Founders Street
