四层楼，对比中国那些巨大的水族馆来说，面积不算大，但是讲解细致互动多，非常值得带孩子看，我们看的比孩子还起劲。里面的企鹅尤其可爱，

对年幼的孩子很有吸引力，但作为一个成年人也很享受。有很多拍照的机会。有很多有趣的鱼和爬行动物，在隧道边和鱼、鲨鱼交谈的那位女士非常棒，非常迷人。

I got this experience as present for my birthday from family members. I found the small group (4 people maximum) to be a perfect size, the instructors were all excellent and very knowledgeable. I had never dived before and struggled a bit at first with the concept of breathing underwater, the instructors (Kate especially) took the time to talk me through it step by step, control my nerves and move ahead with the dive. Once fully in the tank it was an amazing, fun experience and worth every dollar.

1週間に一、二回しか予約が取れないらしく参加することが出来なくてとても残念だった。
毎日、予約出来るようにして欲しい。

My husband did the shark dive for his 60th birthday and he loved it. He said it was the best present he’s ever had. The 2 diving instructors were excellent. I enjoyed watching the small group of divers, fabulous.

A very daunting experience to begin with having no previous diving experience. But from the very beginning every single member of the staff was super friendly and engaging and I could tell they really do want you to have a safe and amazing dive!
The introduction was short and sweet with everything you need to know, and the dive even though it was only 30 minutes it felt like hours to me personally. I felt very comfortable with the crew I was being sent down with which made me very calm for something I had never done before. Would 100% recommend to anyone especially those without any previous diving experience. 10/10 would love to do it again someday.

This was the most underwhelming experience and a complete waste of money! If you are looking for a fun experience that is exciting, well this definitely isn’t it.
The instructors were extremely rude and seemed to want us to pull out of the dive. At every step of their explanation (both in and out of the water) they would say “if you can’t do this you can’t dive”. The dive instructor - I think her name was Nikki should be fired she was so rude and ruined the whole day.
The actual dive was far too short, and we spend the majority of it sitting in front of a crowd posing for them.
There was literally no swimming involved, the instructors either dragged you from one location to another, or they got mad when you used your legs to kick instead of crawling along the ground.
There was no free swimming, the entire dive we simply moved from one spot to another, the sharks could not have been less interested and barely even approached us.
I have never been less scared in my entire life, you would be better spending your money on an entry pass to the aquarium, you would probably get closer to a shark that way.
The price is simply ludicrous, I genuinely have no idea how they can charge so much for such a bad experience, save your money and go somewhere they offer REAL diving, as opposed to this crappy version.

We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the experience as much as we would have hoped.
I have passed on your comments to the Shark Dive Team Leader.
It is vital for our Shark Dive Xtreme participants to complete a couple of essential skills prior to their dive to ensure the safety of our guests, animals and staff, which is all discussed during the safety briefing.
Our in water instructors do pride themselves on getting customers through these skills to ensure a safe and enjoyable dive for all.
We do note that our Shark Dive Xtreme experience is different to diving out in the ocean, though it is a great introductory diving experience that gets you up close and personal to many animals you may not get the chance of meeting out in the ocean.
When diving in the ocean we aim to stay off the bottom as to not disturb the benthic environment, however when we dive in the Oceanarium at SEA LIFE Melbourne, we do tend to stay either up the top or down the bottom of the water column to ensure the animals do not feel threatened by our presence. This also gives us the chance to spend time with customers that need a few extra moments to equalise their ears.

Yes. The dive crew take photos the whole time and at the end, when you have finished your dive, you can type your email address into there computer to receive the link to view those photos.
