La crociera parte sotto la stazione di Flinders ma si dirige verso l’esterno della città.
I posti a sedere esterni sono decisamente insufficienti: è vero che il clima di Melbourne è imprevedibile e fa spesso freddo ma, nel caso di una giornata calda ed estiva, la gente deve ammassarsi sul piccolo del esterno.

The boat tour is nice, but the outside seating is very limited (only 2 small benches and a few chairs), meaning that most people have to stand, making it very crowded and not as pleasant. The life commentary cannot be heard from the outside.
The sights are nice at first, but there is not much to see afterwards, as the scenery is basica the same (but buildings and trees)

A nice way to familiarise ourselves with the city. 30 mins one way down the river then turn around and back to the dock. Some interesting information about the local area. Our family (19,16 and 12) all enjoyed it - very easy with complementary tea/coffee, toilets on board.

The one hour cruise was a perfect way to see the city from a different vantage point. It was fun to see all the people picnicking along the shore and other boaters out enjoying beautiful Melbourne.

I got booking done for my parents, I rang them and they helped me out with booking, nice and friendly staffs. Lovely boat ride and best experience I could give to my parents. Thanks Yarra River Cruise for making them smile.

Boat was very old and average - leaking from every window. Got more wet inside the boat then outside.
The captain was very friendly however which made the trip better.
Could do with some hot chocolate or similar for kids onboard.

Not recommended. No view to see. only see contructions work on side of riverbanks. also can see some highways from the river cruise. The worst cruise i have seen . No commentary from cruise staff: its like, pay and get up the cruise then sit on a journey with nothing to see and get off in 1 hr time. Period. The worst cruise i have done.

Great informative cruise up the Yarra River, friendly staff lead by the cheerful skipper. Would be good if they had snacks onboard to buy with drinks. Overall a pleasant hour on the water.
