Perth is a beautiful city and we enjoy showing it off to our visitors. Our price is cheap in comparison to most of the major cities around the world. You would have also saved money had you bought the ticket directly on the Perth Explorer website.

You asked for a refund at the end of the day AFTER you should have travelled. You were not entitled to a refund, the guide lines state: You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time. This is not what this review platform is for, nor is the threat to add it to all our social media sites.
