Sorry to hear you experience was not good Kim. We exchanged 20 plus emails after you first contacting me wanting a 4 to 5 hour food & sightseeing tour and we went back & fourth as I put an itinerary together for you to sign off on which you did and you were most please with the options offered. Then a short time before your arrival in New Zealand you reduced the tour time to 2 hours only but still wanted the the cheese ,Chocolate , souvenir side of the tour plus the sightseeing all in 2 hours . I sent you an email to explain this is a big ask on a 2 hour tour as Its a lot to cram into 2 hours but we will do our best & I believe we did. A few days before your tour the cheese outlet Winstone closed there doors and I spent hours trying to find you a Cheese outlet that would do tasting for you which I did and I believe you were in there for 40 minutes sampling 7 cheeses form NZ and you loved it! You also loved the museum area and were visibly moved to tears at the memorial & crosses out in front for our remembrance day You also enjoyed the chocolate boutique and sat outside in lovely Parnell having a cup of hot chocolate . Where it got difficult was when we went to the souvenir shop and we were running short on time unfortunately . Avi had another tour party ready to go in 25 minutes and we only had 5 minutes at the souvenir shop to then head back to the cruise boat which took 15 minute on a scenic route which we did and you did get the full 2 hours Avi is a very good and our most experienced guide but he was running to a tour day plan. Sorry once again you we disappointed and hope the rest of your cruise went well.
