This is a tour of transportation ONLY (no tours). I booked this tour by mistake thinking it included a half day city tour. The cancellation policy is "sale was final and 100% cancellation penalty". I was very stressed about spending $600 of booking a wrong "tour" that doesn't meet our need. I emailed Andreas and she was so understaning and helpful. She kindly cancelled my booking.

Wow! This tour was the last one on our 2 week holiday in New Zealand before we left the country. We booked the Airport transfer and this half day trip with Great days.
We arrived in Auckland very early in the morning after our flight from Christchurch. Andreas and Yvonne met us at the airport, stopped at a small café on our way into Auckland City for a long black and then proceeded to take us to our Auckland Hotel.
The next morning they picked us up at the hotel and we spent the half-day seeing the stunning West Coast of Auckland, spectacular Gannet colony on the cliff tops and the amazing black sand beach. It was a beautiful walk along th coastline. We visited the Arataki Center with awesome views and and extended the trip to enjoy a coffee in the lovely Auckland Domain at the Winter Gardens. Yvonne provided surprise self-baked muffins. What a yummy dream.
Andreas and Yvonne are very personal and knowledgable, provided an outstanding service and we had really cool time. Then they proceeded delivering us to the cruise terminal where we hopped on our cruise ship and it was like saying farewell to friends. We can't recommend this tour highly enough!
