Super shuttle left us stranded on a rainy day with a baby after 36 hours of travel. We had to find a taxi by ourselves. Despite booking 4 months ago they could not get their act together. And hard with the baggage and crying baby. Their customer service manager David Ross did not even apologise the next day. I wondered why the drivers were rude and now seems the culture is rotten from the top. Shane on you super shuttles.

I arrived in Wellington from Brisbane on a Qantas flight on 3rd April 2024. My hard plastic shell suitcase was fine. I wheeled it outside to the shuttlebus service. The driver was professional and negotiated Wellington hills well. While driving I heard loud noises from the trailer. When we arrived at my parents place, the suitcase was sitting alone in the trailer. I removed it and it was damaged. The driver said it would have been the airline. I wrote to Peter King, The Director who told me that he would not accept liability: "We cannot accept liability for the damage to your suitcase as it is not possible that such impact damage could have been sustained during your journey with us on 3 April 23."
Take my advice, take an Uber, it costs the same and your luggage will be safe.

So my flight arrived last night at 5.05pm and my shuttle booking was at 5.10pm, I didn't have luggage so wasn't late. When I arrived at the shuttle the driver told me he was full and I had to wait for the next shuttle. Apparently they didn't account for my flight and the earlier flight to arrive together!....not my problem, however it became my problem when the driver contacted another driver to check how far away he was....he said 3 mins, but never arrived! Another driver arrived but that was for a chartered booking so I couldn't get a ride home. 40 minutes later and I'm still waiting. I contacted their office and was told to go to a Blue Bubble taxi and they'll take me home. The Blue Bubble driver wouldn't leave until he had confirmation from his office as to who would be paying.....and of course his meter was running. The driver finally left after another 15 minutes after I tried calling the shuttle office again, on hold for 20mins. When we arrived at my place, the meter was at $36 (about 7km drive) and I finally got through to the shuttle office for the job number for the cab so that I didn't have to pay. I've had NO apology from the company for leaving me in the cold with no transport for almost an hour. Poor service!!!!

Shuttle was arranged by my travel service (Wellington to city). Supposed to pick me up after plane landed. No sign of a shuttle anywhere. Impossible to get through by phone, so gave up and took the local bus. Ran into another couple who had the same experience. They said people told them that the shuttle often just doesn’t show up. Would never use these people if I had a choice.

Unreliable and impossible to get hold off. They screwed up everything booking I have made over the last year. I am not booking with them ever again and I would recommend others avoid their service too unless you want to get stranded at your pick up zone and out of pocket with no answers

Waited for 20/30 mins for a shuttle to arrive. Then three arrived together. As one of the other waiting customers said of the driver. "he's a real joy germ isn't he'

This takes the hassle out of getting to and from your hotel. We pre booked our shuttle so it was there when we got off the plane and we were taken to the door of our hotel and our return journey was just as hassle free.

We used the Super Shuttles 3 times over the weekend, getting transfers to and from airport to hotel. It was super convenient and easily booked online before we left so didn’t need to have any money or think about it when we left. It was great and service was prompt and polite.

if i pre-book/pay for a shuttle from WLG airport to CBD, and my flight arrives as scheduled at 7.40am, and I go directly to the shuttle and load up ready to go, how long will i have to wait until the shuttle leaves? Ie, will i have to wait until the shuttle is full or half-full, etc. say 30 minutes wait, or does it leave as soon as I board?
