We sincerely apologise that we could not deliver the Lotr tour you expected Linda. Unfortunately the Weta Cave was closed for renovations on the day you visited and they only advised us of this at short notice. This is the first time we have been left in this position in the 7 years we have been taking Lotr tours. I know this does not ease your disappointment but we have arranged a tour refund for the inconvenience you have faced regards John
