- gadfortune00我只参加市区旅游而已在有限的经费预算下，我只参加了基督城市区旅游而已。 此张照片应该是在Worester街上的教堂，印象会如此深刻是因为住宿就在附近，想要忘记都很难！教堂老旧损毁，是年久失修还是地震造成的我不清楚，有时候我会伫足观赏许久，虽然残破，但还是有钢梁支撑著，或许怕它倒塌。 其实这样也是保存建筑古蹟方法之一吧！我猜想。

Toller Ausflug mit Zwischenstopp an einer lokalen Käserei. Akaroa ist ein wunderschöner Ort mit artenreicher Natur und vielen Wanderwegen. Leider war die Zeit im Ort recht knapp (insbesondere für diejenigen, die die Tour mit Lunch gebucht hatten). Tolle 2-stündige Bootstour mit Sichtung von einem Albatross, Hector Delphinen und einer Pelzrobbenfamilie!

inspite of the rain it was a great day out . Would definately recommend it. Smaller group, comfortable travel, great driver and lovely little stops on the way. Akaroa is a special place to visit and the boat trip a highlight for us. An amazing harbour to learn about and enjoy. A fun and informative boat trip with the joy of spotting dolphins. Picked up and dropped to our accommodation. Was a wonderful day.

We paid $240NZ each for this excursion. The entire journey from Christchurch and back by mini bus was cramped and uncomfortable. The driver was not communicative and failed to mention that the best attraction in Akaroa is the very informative museum. The visit to the cheese factory was a waste of time. We saw a worker engaged in the manufacturing process but nobody told us what he was actually doing although we were given the opportunity of trying a few samples; however we might as well have been visting the local Countdown. By contrast the boat trip was excellent but upon checking the operator's website we found that the cost per person was $95NZ. While that was very reasonable it meant that Leisure Tours was effectively charging us $145NZ each for the remainder of the trip. I will leave it to others to decide whether that represents good value but for me it was a rip-off. Five stars for the boat trip but one for Leisure Tours.

Unfortunately the reviewer does not provide a date of travel or a drivers name and we have searched back over the past four months and can find no one by the name Richard E travelling with us. Furthermore we do not operate this tour in mini buses. In the circumstances we have reported this review to TripAdvisor. Everyone can see from all the reviews for this tour that this tour is not consistent with the other reviews we have received for the same tour,

Tania was great, chatty and informative.
Akaroa is a quaint little place … could spend the whole day poking around. Saw a couple of dolphins on the cruise which is better than none, but that is beyond human control.
One thing I would suggest is to arrange for a short talk at Barry’s Bay Cheese - a bit of history and what they’re making at the time of visit.

It is about an hour drive from Christchurch to Akaroa. Our driver Jude was great. We stopped one to take a photo and then at the Cheese factory. The village of Akaroa is quaint and easy to navigate. The boat ride was pleasant. The downside was only having a few shops and not my ch else while you wait for the boat.

I particularly liked our guide's extensive knowledge which he shared all along the route. Glad I sat in front so the other passengers' conversations didn't interfere with hearng him.
Scotty took us to great vantage points where we could see long views before us of the hills, valleys, and water. Great photo ops! The arranged lunch was very good, and the boat ride was interesting, even exciting, as the waves were choppy that day!
And the town of Akaroa was charming. If I had a car, I'd go back and spend more time there.
As it was, the trip was a great introduction to the Banks Peninsula. Well worth the money.

Really enjoyable day out despite being a very rainy day. Easy pick up from our hotel, comfortable seats on smallish tour bus, ( I would guess maximum of 14 seats), although if you are above medium height the back seats are not ideal as your view will be obstructed. The guide, Scotty, was informative, interesting and interested, he managed to sound as if he was enthusiastic about what he was seeing despite I would guess having done the same trip dozens of times before. Plenty of stops on the route for toilet breaks, photo opportunities, grab a coffee or just stretch your legs. Nice to visit the cheese factory at Barry Bay and sample their wares.
Akaroa is a smallish town but worth spending an hour or so wandering around the shops and galleries, the old power station is worth a visit. Lunch was fairly simple with 3 choices of main course, 2 fish and one chicken. Harbour tour really enjoyable, didn’t see any dolphins but saw penguins and seals. Enjoyable way to spend 2 hours.
The tour is not cheap but was good value overall and I would certainly recommend it. I am sure all the guides are good but certainly a special thanks to Scotty who added to our knowledge and enjoyment.
Dropped off back at our hotel at 5.30.

This was the highlight of my trip to New Zealand. A one hour drive to Aukaroa from Christchurch with some scenic stops, and we arrived at this chic French-heritage village. Boarding a two hour cruise we had an amazing young guide, who helped us see an abundance of wild life including several adorable blue penguins, New Zealand fur seals, and numerous pods of Hector’s dolphins, some of whom were incredibly playful with the boat. They are gorgeous, gorgeous creatures. Obviously on these nature tours you have to get lucky, and nothing is a given with wild animals. So I would add that the tour was extremely well organised with a lovely, modern bus. Loved this so much!

What a fun day on the ship. We hit the trifecta- saw the Hectors dolphins, the white flippered penguins and the N Z fur seals. Plus an interesting narrative of the area’s history

Two questions: As sold thru trip advisor this tour states a maximum group of 15 people, but tour company's page says 40 people. Please confirm which is correct. Second, is the lunch option a set selection?

Hello, the tour picked us up at the hotel at CBD area. I don’t think they can do pick up at port. Maybe you can contact leisure tour directly to check if this can be arranged :)
